Review 1：Paid for a room with a window...looks onto other room windows. Would highly recommend paying extra for a room with a lake view. Definitely worth it!

Review 5：We were told you can not charge anything to your room so if having a glass of wine/coffee in lobby you have to pay everytime rather than just one account at the end. Also, if you need laundry done there are no bags provided and you have to be at the Hotel to pay for them when the laundry arrives back as this can not be charged to the room - very inconvenient and virtually impossible if you are sightseeing/working etc Other than that everything was very good.

Review 8：Very nice hotel and good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. Room was super nice, clean and perfectly furnished. Breakfast was top. Can highly recommend the hotel and will book again if we come back to Joenkoepping.

Review 9：If I stayed again, I wouldn't book one of the tiny 'smart rooms' downstairs. They are very small, and it bothered me not having a window. Otherwise, the room and hotel common areas were very clean.

Review 12：Location is great. Facilities are modern. Reception is at your service 24H, so you'll get smooth check-in even in the middle of the night. Breakfast ends up at 9.30 which could be a bit early for leasure travellers, but lunch box is an option and it is tasty!

Even if we HAD a window, it was covered with some kind of a foil and it k´just let light in and was viewing to some internal-to-hotel outdoors chamber with other similar windows of other rooms. Light buttons are hard to find and weird to use. I did not like the automatic bright lights coming up when you enter a restroom in the middle of a night.

Breakfast was crowded and it took too much time to get the food. Staff did not seem to be professional what comes to restaurant management.

Review 42：A very modern hotel that works really well. The bedroom had plenty of electric sockets exactly where you would want them. Most hotels don't have curtains that fully cover the windows and keep out light but this had the most ingenious electric sliding blind that ran down a track and covered the windows entirely - brilliant. The hotel overlooked a railway line (as well as the beautiful lake) but such was quality of triple glazing that the room was totally silent. The bathroom is without doubt the best bathroom I have come across with a huge shower (with side by side fittings for a double shower) and a sink that had a plug which actually kept the water in and drained it properly when undone. A brilliant hotel that is exceedingly well designed

Review 43：very small rooms, capboard - 15 cm width so not possible to hang 2 suits in there, lack of umbrellas in rainy Sweden was really shocking. Generally nice place to stay one night, definetly not for longer stay, since not very comfortable.

Review 61：A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Jönköping. Great location and stylish interiors. Staff were very friendly and the room, small as it was, did not feel claustrophic (even without a window)...more of a capsule cabin on the 'good ship' Vox. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and hope to return.

Review 62：We did not get to sleep until perhaps 04 in the morning, due to people making noises in the corridor. Perhaps due to a specific event in the city, perhaps due to the type of people staying there, or perhaps just bad luck. Maybe this problem will go away over time, but this made us cancel the second night we had planned on staying there since our goal was to book a nice hotel to get a good night sleep, we are not the type of people who stay up partying all night. (But see the "What did you like?" text as well, the service when we cancelled was good.) We only got 1 set of towels in the bathroom, even though it was clearly booked for 2 people! If the service at this price range does not include a set of towels for 2 people, then please update the booking system so that it is only possible to select "1" when booking this type of room! Beer bottles and spit out "snus" in the corridor when we went to eat breakfast in the morning. Not a good impression, especially since we did not get to sleep during much of the night. The lamp in the bathroom (which uses motion detection) turned itself off (!) while being in the shower. Extremely annoying! This made it necessary to open the shower door to wave to the motion detector to get the light back on. The air conditioning unit was quite loud. The bed blanket did not fully cover the whole width of the bed. Very annoying. (The bed itself was firm and nice though.) No way to lock the bathroom door. Not a problem if you know the person(s) you are staying with, but still bad. Breakfast: The coffee was very poor, not the kind of full and rich strong coffee you get in good restaurants, which one would expect from a hotel at this price range. Breakfast: No green tea brands at all, and no other "alternative" teas as far as I could find (e.g. rooibos).
