Review 1：No air conditioning in our room meant it was uncomfortably hot overnight even with the windows open. We discussed this at reception as air conditioning was advertised as in the rooms but they then claimed not to have it!
Review 2：The staff were nice and tried to help if they could. One was not very proficient in English which made it tough but she still tried very hard to help out. Breakfast was decent too.
