Reviews for Pangkor Laut Resort
Review 1:Everything was a bit expensive but I guess it was because of the exclusivity of the hotel.
Review 2:Customer service was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. The best thing about the hotel was the emerald bay, the beach is so beautiful and swimming in that warm, clear and clean water was like heaven. We also enjoyed the food at the various restaurants there.
Review 3:Some of the staff are not well versed at the concerige. Formal fine dining restaurant is in open air. It should be casual wear is good enough after all it is on a tropical island. Not enough variety of restaurant It is very pricy
Review 4:The view from the hill
Review 5:Feast Village menu surprisingly limited, especially for vegetarians, and overpriced, even for a top class resort
Review 6:Fabulous staff. Nice beach. Nice pool area. Good gym. Excellent breakfast
Review 7:Water at Emerald's Bay was not clear. Many of the restaurants did not allow children.
Review 8:The hotel staff were very personable and helpful. The villa was spacious and very well maintained.
Review 9:The service was inconsistent, the food was overpriced. A simple thing like asking for salt had to be asked 3 times before it was brought to us .
Review 10:The overall ambiance and setting
Review 11:One day was more than enough...the hotel should think to add more activites in the day and night program.. The island is isolated in one hotel in it.. Nothing around u to do or to go beside expensive spa & restaurants.
Review 12:The place is just nice to relax.
Review 13:1. The children pool. Will be good if you have 1.0 to 1.3 metre deep pool. 2. Live band. 3. The place are more suitable for honeymooners and couple.
Review 14:Facilities.
Review 15:Red wine in the fridge. Wet glasses without a mat. To make an appointment to be able to cross to Pangkor Island. A timetable would do.
Review 16:The friendly and personal atmosphere! That it was quiet. There was a catamaran for hire. The Spa. The choice of breakfast (Chinese!)
Review 17:Make sure to check there is a TV. There is no TV in our sea villa room. They served coffee using chipped mug during breakfast. Floating plastic bottles under our sea villa
Review 18:Private and quiet. The best spa experience.
Review 19:I have one case with g tower hotel in Malaysia I have booked for 9nights when I reash the hotel I didn't fill good about this hotel soI cancal what I resived through booking.com but till now I didn'tget reply about my cancellation there was every things super ?
Review 20:The fast reservation and easiness to use
Review 21:The room was tired and rather grubby. The television didn't work The bedside mats were stained. Overall it needed an upgrade and quite a lot of TLC to bring it up to 4/5 star level.
Review 22:Staff were very well trained and exceptionally helpful.
Review 23:My bag and its contents had oil spilt on them on the way to the resort in the speedboat. However, the staff tried their best to wash and restore the bag and a shirt, though they still smell a bit! However, again the manager more than compensated me for this mishap.
Review 24:The way all the staff looked after us, but especially the Manager, Jordan, and 2 waiters in the breakfast room: Jeff from Philippines and a guy from Nepal whose name I've forgotten! Please convey our thanks
Review 25:Spa / Sea villas partially with view of ship loading facilities
Review 26:Nothing to complain, luxury resort on a private tropical island, great staff & excellent service in all areas.
Review 27:Too small food choices and limited activities for kids especially when they are under 16yrs. They don't answer your emails or call back if there's a problem. Good luck with that.
Review 28:A neat, clean resort that has just the things that you need. Nothing is excessively luxurious, but just good enough to enjoy.
Review 29:Actually the most confusing was Booking.Com as it was not clear what was going on. Not clear whether we were paying in advance or online and communication re booking took a long time. Not clear what to do re booking the ferry.
Review 30:Everything! Except the fee for the ferry seemed a lot and would be better if fee for speedboat was embedded in the accommodation cost.
Review 31:Up gradered me to a sea villa? Not sure it was an upgrade as I had booked a large beach villa with flatscreen TV. The upgraded room did not have TV and the room was small !!
Review 32:The location was nice.
Review 33:Everything was faultless, it was superb, all aspects, especially the staff, food was excellent, beach and pool all excellent, will be going back for sure
Review 34:The location is great and bad. Isolated, but long drive from KL. Also, don't recall any children at the resort 10 years ago :(
Review 35:Even after 10 years, the resort is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Even fully booked, you don't see too many people and many times you will have the facilities to yourself.
Review 36:I have no complaint at the hotel, but if need to say something about it, the location of hill villa is quite tough place for family with small kids.
Review 37:Quality of house keeping service was really great which I have ever had. Even when we went out for dinner, they came over and set up the room quickly!
Review 38:They withdrew all the fees from my credit card over a week prior to my arrival without my permission. Despite the terms is pay when you stay!!! That is the only thing that bothers me very much. It can be perfectly relaxing without presence of children, it's advertised as great for children. while it's mostly as for honeymoon and couples. you will hear screaming of little kids from time to time.
Review 39:Prompt service of staff. They come to you even form the look. Cleanliness Location is more than amazing it's heavens on earth Spa was fantastic Free Jungle tour was a great experience The beach was a piece of heaven white soft sand.... nothing can be better. The front office staff Taysia is amazingly helpful. It offers the top of the top service.... in such relaxing and full of nature-place. I will certainly come back but spend more time.
Review 40:The stay was amazing from start to finish. A speedboat to whisk us to the island that was beautiful from the hill and sea villas that we saw as we approached to the beach at Emerald Bay. Service was second to none and the food was absolutely delicious at every restaurant and bar. Not a bad thing to say.
Review 41:the locaisation is not easy to reach. The best thing to do if to take a taxi from KL (3h45). But it really worth it and the fact that the resort is not easy to reach makes this place exclusive. Do not be discouraged by the travel.
Review 42:Excellent prestation, hill villas are amazing, the vue is incredible (even if i wanted to get a sea villa, i was really surprised by the quality and comfort of hill villas). Breakfast amazing, swimming pools also, and a sens of service almost perfect. perfect place for a honey moon or just to relax after a trip in Malaysia. Jungle where you can see lot of animals.
Review 43:Staff were excellent as is typical of a YTL experience. Everything about the resort is 1st class and if you're celebrating a birthday as our daughter was, you're made to feel very special. A low key, top class, 5 star gem.
Review 44:I was celebrating my birthday which was on a Sunday and we reached PLR on a Friday. My mother and I took the Spa Villa as we wanted to relax and have a quiet time at PL yet join the rest of our family who stayed at the Beach Villa (with young kids) for other activities. The staff were excellent and very attentive. They would engage in conversation and they would go out of their way to make the trip a memorable one:) PLR had noticed that my birthday was coming up, and they went the extra mile to order a cake post dinner and give us a bottle of Prosecco. After dinner once we retreated to our room, I was pleasantly surprised that my bed was decorated with flower petals. It looked nothing short of a honeymoon suite:) It was a nice get away for 4 days and 3 nights!
Review 45:I stayed in hill villa in the upper floor. There is no bill to knock the door. If any staff wants to come to the room , he has to come to the main door which is mostly glass door and transparent , to knock it out , so basicallly this is against the privacy and there should be a bill to notify the people inside the villa that someone is coming.
Review 46:The staff and location.
Review 47:Not bad experience but pool could be bigger ( replace tennis courts?). Consider making F&G more available near reception! Speed boat right was great but expensive !
Review 48:The location especially emerald bay
Review 49:i think the the boat transfer price could have been included in the booking price for the room as there inst an alternative
Review 50:The service was so good it almost felt like the staff could read your mind. They staff went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The couple spa was amazing. Unmatched private beach experience. the restaurant set up a private romantic candle lit dinner experience for us knowing that we were newly weds. Amazing
Review 51:The breakfast room is too crowded and a lot of kids since it's almost the only restaurant where kids are allowed.
Review 52:A beautiful Island for a romantic get away and AMAZING STUFF!
Review 53:Value for money is especially debatable considering a three days two nights package means less than 48 hours - checking in between 330 pm to 4 pm; while checking out means the process starts at 10 am. Late check out is non-existent. Guests will get the feeling of the hassle or the feeling that the hotel wants you to pack and go; almost immediately after your breakfast. Hence, I would recommend a four days and three nights, would be more appropriate for holidays or leisure purposes.
Review 54:The location and facility are both first rated that befits the various awards won and title conferred to this luxurious resort. Every step is effortless from going into the resort and leaving, therefore the hotel overall service is to be highly commended.
Review 55:Staff was imposing, outside area of our villa looked like it hadnt been cleaned for weeks, place is hard to get to, resort has its own jetties that are pricy and charge RM 80 per person (no other way to get there). Despite the fact that the resort houses insects, flies, mosquitoes they didnt provide complementary repellants. And if you get a mosquito bite you will have to pay RM80 to pay a doctor. Good luxury but makes you feel like they are really hungry for money. We paid similar amount for one night stay in other resorts and got very luxurious treatment!
Review 56:Location & the view is great, beach was amazing.
Review 57:The food is reasonably ok. Not fantastic. There are any 3-4 restaurants including good fine dining, Chinese food (uncle lim) on the island. The reception did not pre amp us on the booking for the restaurants. It is required to have advanced booking on the restaurants if you may end up with the default restaurant (which is not very nice according to review)
Review 58:It's a private island where you can enjoy the facilities and scenery (emerald green water under the sunny blue day) as a couple retreat. Very exclusive and serene. I would like to praise their staff for the excellent service provided. There is also a private beach to chill and relax already inclusive of you paid. So no worries. Of course, all these come with a price. Their service really matches their price. Worth it to go there if you are willing to pay. Overall experience is excellent. I love it. Will go back again. Strongly recommended for couple retreat.
Review 59:I do not know of any other hotel in which you have to pay USD 40 (!) for the access!!! Staff has ony basic command of the English language. Food quality is at best mediocre.
Review 60:breautiful place spectacular villas beach
Review 61:Could be more attentive to keeping flies off food at breakfast - fruit in particular.
Review 62:Apart from the amazing location , the people who work here are exceptional. They all greet you, smile, and are very attentive. The facilities are attractive and well-maintained. Jungle tour excellent.
Review 63:Few times we would call operator but no answer .. We didn't like the fact the we had to pay Rm 320 for boat transport for 2 people.. Ordering food to the room was not smooth, i dont know whether it is resort system that didnt support this or the indian guy at dining concierage who was a bit tense during the process.
Review 64:Staff were amazing.. cheerful, helpful and energetic! Place was totally beautiful, peaceful and refreshing for the soul. The rooms, balconies and attention to details was great. Transportation at the island was good and drivers were really nice. I hope the hotel management would appreciate the following: Nurul, an amazing host full of energy and excitment, really made us feel happy during our stay with her cheerful attitude. Min lee: she was super cool, one would love to have her as a friend! Mizan: at restaurant he was very helpful with us and provided a really great service.
Review 65:The arrangements and facilities availability. Guests should no that there is no outside food facilities. You are forced to use the restaurants and not careful they have arranged and booked for you lunch and dinner. Another point they taken deposit from your card instantaneously but not able to return back your unused deposit when you check out. When you arrived they informed that transformation are available to take you to beach but be careful when you are the beach to return to your rooms you could be waiting for ages even after repeated calls.
Review 66:The villa set up
Review 67:The arrival and departure provides the guest the sense of belonging and security. A hospitality which ancient Malaysians would welcome their foreign friends. It has great adventures and myriads of excitement - a fantastic haven for the ones who wander. The excursion on the island and sea brings the guests an immerse discovery of how truly 'Asia' Malaysia is; the natural, surreal atmosphere gives the exuberance and elation for those who appreciate the welcoming embrace of the retreat.
Review 68:The water isn't very clear but still amazingly beautiful. Unfortunately had a miscommunication in the spa village.. they gave us a package and we were told it would include a number of things.. the girl doing our treatment wasnt told to include our hair treatment. When we asked her, she was suprisingly rude and I think she put something else in our hair.. cause it got burnt and smelt of citronella for 5days.. I refused to pay however they still charged my mum 70% of the treatment.. I would recommend you smell everything before they put on your skin or hair! Lesson learnt.
Review 69:However everything was almost perfect. Friendly staff. Treated like royalty by most staff. Beautiful location. Wonderful views. Felt like paradise..
Review 70:Nothing
Review 71:We just got engaged in the Cameron highlands resort (also YTL), and Pangkor Laut management was fully aware of that and treated us even better then normal. Super hotel! I assume we will be back here in the future.
Review 72:This resort has the best spa in the world...the whole experience is so refreshing and relaxing a must do here, beautiful property with an excellent location.
Review 73:No bad experiences just to mention that this is a 5 star resort so you should be prepared to pay for the amazing location, rooms and service.
Review 74:The service was exceptional. We had a sea villa and it was idyllic. The one island one resort idea really works and it was one of the best experiences we have ever had.
Review 75:The swimming pool was disappointing. The size, design and depth not so comfortable for a relaxing swim.
Review 76:The beautiful, peaceful serene island plus gorgeous rooms and excellent service.
Review 77:It wasn't made clear to us before we arrived that because we had young children, two of the restaurants would be unavailable to us. I think it should specify that on Booking.com.
Review 78:Beautiful views, gorgeous infinity pool, great restaurants, the staff went out of their way to help us (especially as we kept leaving things on the shuttle bus!). We would definitely go again.
Review 79:We were very fortunate and pleased to be upgraded to a Spa villa suite, however did not have access to free wifi (like the garden and hill villas). There are a handful of restaurants on the island. A couple of the upmarket restaurants require strict dress code which is unfortunate if you haven't packed a suit or smart dressy attire (which perhaps when you're on a island in hot weather is the last thing you would think to wear?). We tried a couple of the more casual restaurants, food was very average and felt a tad industrial (as it's mostly imported). Music at breakfast was the same every morning and most depressing (they should really rethink their music selection). Day spa a little over priced.
Review 80:Well organised island with frequent shuttle buses to transport you around the island. Staff are lovely (as one would expect), and swimming beach is beautiful.
Review 81:There was an issue with booking the beach villa through booking.com which caused a lot of stress and unnecessary worry. We booked the beach villa and then were told it was not available, many emails and phone calls were had before it was finally sorted. I was not happy with the way it was dealt with by booking.com overall.
Review 82:The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The resort was amazing, perfect for a lovely getaway. The facilities (gym, pool, spa), accommodation (beach villa) and food were all excellent.
Review 83:It was a shame that the sushi restaurant only served salads during the week we were there. As sushi lovers this was disappointing.
Review 84:The staff was super friendly, the luxury excessive. I would highly recommend everyone to go here. Take the sunset cruise and definity take one of the Spa treatments!
Review 85:Behind on maintenance programme. Litter on the shoreline at sea villas View of iron ore loading installation Main breakfast restaurant too crowded....like a Holiday Inn. Lack of ice in room/minibar Minibar not restocked properly
Review 86:Friendly service. Spa and pool. Emerald Bay & beach Uncle Lim's restaurant. Fisherman's Cove restaurant.
Review 87:Food choices are limited and the boat from the marina to the island should be included in the room charge
Review 88:The place is very nice and everything is almost perfect. I don't recommend it for families with children less than 10 years old
Review 89:Management should host weekly cocktail to meet guest or walk around more. They certainly can be more visible to check how dirty island is. Beach cleaners busy all day which is great but not all island is clean.
Review 90:Location, rooms with view and friendly staff
Review 91:1. Pre-planned the dinner venue was something that I personally don't desire... 2. Pricing considering is on the high side, so equally giuests expectation would be high too... unfortunately, i personally find it just ok 3.overall it's good but I would hope that more can be done to upkeep the luxury image that the property is promoting..
Review 92:obviously the location and the ambiance..
Review 93:The first impression wasn't perfect, but it really grows on you over time. The restaurants were somewhat pricey, and there are no alternatives.
Review 94:It was a very nice resort located on a private island. The resort has a authentic traditional feeling to it, but all facilities are very modern and nothing is missing. We loved our hill villa, with a private outdoor bath. The villa was spacious and had a wonderful view over the ocean. The staff was very friendly, and the resort has a great private secluded beach with shuttle busses covering the small island constantly. Don't miss out on the wonderful spa experience in the village. Great getaway for couples, however not recommended with small children!
Review 95:The spa facilities are extensive but treatments are relatively expensive. Lower prices would ensure more visits to the spa, thereby guaranteeing an even more relaxing and nicer stay.
Review 96:A beautiful, calm, peaceful resort, not overcrowded.
Review 97:Food was average, event the fine dining options. One night ordered a starter titles Goats Cheese Salad. There was a 1 CM/Sq piece of cheese on top of a pipe of eggplant and,the cheese was such a small piece not even sure it was goats cheese. We were told restaurants were fully booked at later times such as 20:30 to 21:00 only for the restaurants to be half empty. Had to pay for wi-fi in the room wi-fi was only available in the reception area.
Review 98:The Location and the Beach villa we stayed in was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful
Review 99:They have some trails to walk around the mountains and they are in very bad shape and hard to climb and they don't warn you about it.
Review 100:The Island it's just wonderful and the staff is very friendly and nice, also the food at the restaurants is very good
Review 101:the boat transfer was pretty expensive compared to the hotel accommodation and we weren't provided with a taxi in time although from the boat terminal it was the only choice we had and we were in a big hurry; the distances between houses and main building are big, we had to walk a lot
Review 102:it is on a private island and the scenery is pretty amazing, they have a great spa worth trying, the pools are nice and the beach is beautiful
Review 103:There was truly nothing to fault.
Review 104:From arrival at ferry transfer to the island to the return ferry journey at the end of our stay, the entire expwrience was out of a movie. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service wonderful. The resort grounds and villas, beautiful. Spa Village services were also wonderful.
Review 105:Not a bad thing in itself, but do bear in mind this is a proper jungle, therefore bring insect repellent and expect mosquitoes (and other creatures) - we were given a net for our bed by our brilliant concierge Melissa (Thank you!) within 10 minutes of bringing it up in the conversation. Repellent is available to buy at the local shop.
Review 106:Ah this place will always be special to us now! I wish I'd come here on the honeymoon instead of the Maldives. From start to finish, the experience was brilliant. We were upgraded to a Spa Villa (BIG thank you!) and had the best time. Service is impeccable, staff knows everyone by name and face, personal touches in everything, predicting your every wish. So much to do too! Shuttles run regularly across the island. Food was amazing. Absolutely LOVED every second!
Review 107:All at the best with two mentions: great staff and Uncle Lim's Kitchen, a superb restaurant specialized in local Nyonya and Chinese-style cuisine.
Review 108:Overpriced with its location and beach. The Emerald beach was not as impressive as the one at the Eastern Coast of peninsula. The front desk staff at the Marina island office was not properly trained, not fully authorized and not helpful. There was no designated parking area for a 5 star hotel like this, and we are forced to park our car at the outdoor parking lots. The small pool in the room has no privacy as the residence at the hill side area may overlook the beach front bathroom. With the experience as such, I will not try similar resort in Malaysia again!
Review 109:Exclusive because of the price. Exclusively on a chartered speed boat with RM 500 each way for about 15mins ride. Warm welcome and nice briefing by the staff. Nicely cooked food in Uncle Lim's restaurant. Very nice breakfast which can beat the standard of 5* hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
Review 110:solo island and I stayed on the upper unit of the hill side ... I have this lingering thoughts and fear of security and intrusion of terrorist? So I did get startled when the housekeeper came and suddenly appear at the sliding door. I still prefer a wooden door separating the room. (2) not enough of WC and showers (in fact none) at emerald bay, sometimes one want to just wash the feet (3) bed linens doesn't have high thread counts (4) not enuf lights at the pathway to the hill side units, fear for snakes, monkeys and all sorts. Did not see any security guard...
Review 111:staff staff staff - makes you feel very welcomed (2) emerald bay's sand is so white and fine, lovely for play by my kids for the whole afternoon (3) food all around is not too bad, pretty standard YTL type of food (4) toiletries smells wicked (5) twice a day housekeeping (6) enjoyed the complimentary 15 mins head and shoulder promotional massage (7) back to #1, the service and staff!!!!!!!!!
Review 112:Sad to find the sea has been polluted presumably by the heavy shipping traffic. Also felt cheated by the taxi drivers who failed to use the motorway. This was especially bad for us on the way down as we had had a very long journey.
Review 113:All of the above.
Review 114:Thai restaurant offers weird set menu with foie gras. When you come this far you expect to have authentic food with great taste not mixed western pretentious menus. Feast restaurant dinner was overpriced and mediocre. Wines overpriced compared to European fine dining restaurants. Villas looked nice but are a bit worn have stayed tree star villas in Thailand that are nicer. Long and quite dangerous drive from / to KL airport
Review 115:Excellent staff & service. Lim's restaurant food Surroundings & nature Breakfast at Feast Japanese restaurant and Royal Bay Beach club lunch Service and serenity at the beach
Review 116:The huge dependence on minibuses to transport guests from a to b. Thought golf buggies might be quieter and easier on the environment.
Review 117:My husband and I last visited Pangkor Laut 25 years ago. Much has changed but the island remains beautiful and largely unspoilt. The restaurants offer a great variety of food and we loved the morning nature walk. The Hornbills provide lots of entertainment around the pool.
Review 118:It was a shame that you can only eat the a la cart menu on a few of the restaurants. We would have loved to have tried the Straits but the prices for the fixed menus was so expansive. That and high price of alcohol was the only complaints we had.
Review 119:We stayed at Pangkor Laut for 10 nights during Christmas and Easter. We booked a beach villa which had a fantastic view of the beach and sea with a little sun deck with chairs where we sat at night enjoying the view. The breakfast was amazing with endless possibilities and New Year at Jamu Bar and the beach party was a memory for life. The best part though was the staff that just fulfilled all our needs and were so so nice! Especially Rehman at the pool, Nasa at the pool bar and Dwi in the restaurant. Thanks guys !!
Review 120:1) Wish there were more water sports activities 2) Maybe a more fun children's pool with slides, some water splash. 3) More finger food for poolside & emerald bay menu.
Review 121:1) Excellent hospitality by staff 2) Clean & comfortable resort 3) My kids had a good time, which is a very important factor! 4) Absolutely love the breakfast spread
Review 122:Two fine dining restaurants, not enough main stream. Dinner prices are fully exaggerated.
Review 123:Attention to detail Friendliness of the personnel Quality of the food Spa is fantastic
Review 124:Being on island is just that... Being on an island. You are cut out from the real world and and you have to stick to what is on the island. The other thing that we didn't like is that the hotel charges you for the boat trip while checking on and checking out.
Review 125:Being on PLR is like leaving the planet . You are truly in a place that is out of this world. The nature surrounding you is just breathtaking and the amount of attention to details is impressive. The while resort just stands to you and meets your expectations... The comfort, the staff, the facilities, etc... Its all amazing
Review 126:Hot water not consistent, should have water pipe hose in toilet.
Review 127:Liked the hospitality of staff and location of our hill villas. Need to have more activities and water sports.
Review 128:1)The sea villa's toilet has no bidet which makes washing up troublesome. 2)to feel the warm malaysian hospitality non malaysian staffs should know simple malay like selamat datang and jumpa lagi
Review 129:Nurul is an asset to the resort. Her warmth and excellent guest relations skill made our stay memorable.
Review 130:I don't like they charge me RM2000 in advance without inform me. Just take my card and swap pass me the receipt, what if i prefer to spend in cash? very bad experience.
Review 131:Hill villa quite noisy, compared to the rest of Malaysia, quite expensive
Review 132:Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Location is fabulous, monkey stealing bananas from the villa a nice extra. Hill villa beautifully decorated, perfect restaurants!
Review 133:Price of boat to get there. If you can't make before 8pm you pay 500++ rm Noisy bats in the early morning Room service not allowed
Review 134:Beach Service Cleanness Friendly staff Breakfast extremely good
Review 135:Insecure balconies - death trap for children! Height too low, openings too big, plank spacing too wide - PLR do not fulfill building laws for balconies. Automatic bide shower spray non functional - spread bacteria suspension to backside (urinary tract infection!!) and around whole toilet - unacceptable!!
Review 136:Generally secure grounds, and overall cleanliness.
Review 137:Expensive restaurants, high price of boat transfer from Marina Island, noisy big groups, the ocean garbage washing up on Emerald Bay (not your fault - the women did a great job of sweeping it up).
Review 138:The hornbills great and small, the view from our Hill Villa, the breakfast buffet, toiletries provided, shower cubicle, interior decor, friendly and helpful staff, free tai chi class.
Review 139:I did not like that i had to pay for the speed boat trip to the resort. It felt not right, specially that there is no other way to get there.
Review 140:I liked the location, staff, room, the beach and the food.
Review 141:Only wifi in library. Boat travel to/from island the hotel has monopoly and no other way to enter exept their boats And relative expensive 80ringit per person per way (320ringit in total for me and my wife, and this was just transport not included extra activity). The transport should be free, because the hotel has only fix time schedul and no other company may take you to their jetty.
Review 142:We had a good time. Housekeeping came often to clean during the day. Amazing spa for couples. The breakfast buffé was just awesome, lots and lots to choose from. 2 infinitypool. Free water.
