Review 2：SPA was really nice. Delicious breakfast. Big and comfortable rooms. Nice swimming pool. Very helpful and pleasant staff.
Review 3：Rude front desk staff, Checked in at 7pm and rooms were not ready!!!!! Staff did not apologize, instead said they closed check in at 5pm.... ridiculous! Poor acoustics, Can hear other rooms from their balcony.

Review 5：Not much. You need to travel to various areas including the breakfast area in a driven cart but the driver staff never kept us waiting and never seemed inconvenienced. One significant minus is the quality of the food at its restaurants. The Thai restaurant had so so food and the Teppan yaki was not good.
Review 6：Everyone was excellently polite and gracious in the lovely Thai manner. Every staff you met had a lovely smile and gracious sawadee greeting for you. We felt safe and welcomed. We travel quite a lot and this was top notch.
Review 7：Rooms were okay but not spectacular. Room service only offered Thai menue, western was only burger, sandwich, fries, no kids menue. In general, nothing really to do for kids in the hotel but the pool, no playground or anything although plenty of space.

Review 9：Very nice hotel, but would not recommend a trip here for English speaking foreigners. The resort feels like they're forcing a western style resort onto a property not quite there. For everything we experienced elsewhere in Thailand, everything here just felt disproportionally overpriced, lacking any sort of special service, and just generally not accommodating. Food was ok, but when you're sitting alone in a restaurant it's hard to not feel ripped off by a 3500 bhat dinner (only option at the resort) No wifi in rooms.

Review 17：The grounds and facilities of Kirimaya, huge rooms and daily selection for the complimentary minibar are unique. The variety of the humongous breakfast spread can't be beat! Finally, the wonderful staff who anticipated the needs of my group of 4 golfers and the standout efficiency and friendliness of Khun "Noon".
Review 18：Walls a bit thin. But then we had a sometimes screaming brat - so can't complain. Pool deck is old and worn and dangerous for bare feet. Tread carefully! The price of wine in the restaurant is outrageous! $15 for a glass of wine? Untrained breakfast staff who giggle and walk away if you ask for something.

Review 47：1. On the second night of staying, the night reception refused to refill free coffee tablets even though the cleaner didn't refill them for us. At the end of conversation on the phone, she decided to DONATE the coffee tablets and kept pointing the its our fault that the cleaner didn't refill the coffee tablets. Oh.. well 2. The cleaner didn't seem to really clean our room or bath as i still saw stain of scrub beads inside the bathtub. 3. A weird Thai woman knocked on my friends' room and then 5 mins later knocked on our door at 7.00 in the morning! 4. The cocktail was small if compare with the price.
Review 48：We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Breakfast choice is excellent. The main staffs in the breakfast area were helpful and knew their job. The hotel prepared a bottle of wine and bed of roses for our arrival as it's our special occasion. The restaurant food were extremely delicious. We spent our times there for 3 meals within 3 days.
