Review 1：Front office staff check in too too slow!

Review 3：Hotel is clean & spacious. Hotel staff is very friendly. Easy access to the theme park. Free shuttle pick up/drop off at the theme park entrance/exit. Luggage check out service (¥200 per piece) is available so can collect our luggage at the exit of the theme park, very convenient. JR Station is only a short walk away from the park entrance/exit

Review 4：The male staff at front desk were very cold to us. They either walked away and looked away when they saw us approaching.. Probably they were not comfortable to communicate in English. The carpet in the room was not very clean which was a shame for the price that we paid.

Review 10：I loved the attitude of the staff, the way that there were quite a few who spoke excellent English. I loved the room we had (518? corner room upgrade) and I loved the landscape and the way the whole lobby smelled like the best flowers in the world (because there were fresh bouquets every day!) The cleaning staff were amazing as well.

Review 18：Staff give a condition that valuable for pay to better location room and have a great service mind to served us in all kind, we arrive in the morning and use baggage deposit at the front of houstenbosch then go back to hotel in the night and we feel hungry but the restaurant almost close, so staff request to help, she ran to buy cup nooddle for us, very thankful.

Review 19：If you drive, don't stay in this hotel. The so - call free parking is very far away. You would waste 2 hours during check-in to park your car and take the shuttle coach back to the hotel. During checkout you would also waste another 2 hours to take your car.

Review 23：Being a Saturday, we paid for 1 night in a triple room twice as much asfor 2 nights in a luxury hotel in Fukuoka during the week. The price inno way reflected the quality of the room / amenities: 1 key card, 1shaver, etc., for a triple room shows a ridiculous level of stinginess.

Review 25：- Hotel is located in the free zone of Huis Ten Bosch, right opposite of the Thousand Sunny dock, making it easy to catch the 9 a.m. cruise without anyone else on board - Right next to "Crimin" One Piece souvenir shop - The Twin Deluxe Harbor View room has a fantastic view of the harbor. Bathroom was even more spacious than in the photo - Free shuttle bus (2-3 buses/hr.) from Huis Ten Bosch park entrance to hotel (a direct route that doesn't stop at them park attractions) - All staff speak English and were very professional - A few minutes walk to the various fast food shops/restaurants in the free zone. I recommend rice and curry at Leon's Heart - Baggage deposit at reception

Review 27：The stuff can speak fluent English which is good for people who cannot speak Janpanese like us. They are also helpful, they helped us to order taxi in the early morning we checked out and it is free of charge! I like there are wine glasses and ice jar in the room so we can enjoy wine easily in the room. Comfortable beds and big toilet.
