Review 1：When we arrived at the hotel, the room wasn't ready told us to wait 1 hours but they made it up with late check out and free drinks lol the food isn't too great for the price

Review 11：we had to park the car in parking and have to come all the way up. There should be some way to have a vallet parking or drop near the lobby. If it is possible then it should be mentioned in the confirmation email sent to the guest.

Review 13：The rates were high. Charges were as high as Tokyo in a country where labor rates are fairly low. ($89 for 20 min feet massage!) Results: Hotel wins, both the guest & hotel employees loose.

Review 14：Duty Manager Imran Ali was very co-operative during overall during the stay, but particularly upon check out. The complimentary pick & drop service (is not a shuttle service only but a limo driven) from & to the Airport was simply superb & unique, never experienced that elsewhere in the world.

Review 15：The female Staff in the main restaurant carried an attitude that boderlined arrogance and obnoxiousness, Body language was terrible. Also I booked two rooms and in one of the rooms I requested an additional bed, this was requested at the reception but was never done even after a phone call to remind them a few times. Did not want to chase them constantly as this would have made me lose my temper and ruin our break.

Eg, room service always took almost an hour to arrive, have to ask at least 3 times every morning for a cup of tea at breakfast, supplies like tea bags and water not replenished in the room, newspaper only delivered on one of the 4 nights I stayed , fruit delivered on 3 rd day of stay...need I go on!

From 1pm onward the fire alarm went off every 15 min and thiss took the whole night. 250US$ is a bit too much when something like this happens. also I have tried to call them to make a reservation as I am a returning customer, but no one wanted to listen and I asked to not be transferred to the reservations but the front desk and every time they hang up on me.

Review 48：Breakfast is very limiting and gets to be boring every day. Not enough fresh seasonal fruit choice. Due to extra security there was much inconvenience to get in and out of the hotel and the signposting was lacking, so all our guests got frustrated trying to reach us at hotel.

Good choice of restaurants, and very helpful friendly staff without being overbearing. Executive floor gym and swimming pool very nice and relaxing, plus executive lounge was very useful for our work meetings and somewhere to sit and work in a peaceful quiet place.
