Review 1：Nothing much to do in the location of Pai, own transport is a must, would have preferred room tea making facilities.

Review 5：Our friends were without air conditioning for one night when temperatures were 35 deg+ - in fairness it was put right the following afternoon - that was after 2 beds were put into an area in our bedroom!!!!classic

Review 7：comfort of bed, too warm of a temperature in room due to air conditioner being inadequate, curtains in room were so thin too much light came in to room during the night. Room decorated very sparsely.

Review 11：half an hr up the lake from bus Peschiera del Garda. bus stop right outside the hotel, (although we stopped one stop back...! ) , spent one of the best nights of a 3 week trip. .really friendly and helpful staff, had a fantastic hotel dinner overlooking the lake. some of the best photos of the trip. room was nice and clean, reasonable size. hotel is RIGHT on the rd, but the traffic died right down in the evening and traffic noise wasn't a problem. several great little beaches immediately over the road. free bikes take you into torre del benacco which is a fantastic place to visit. if you want a secluded, quiet night, with an excellent dinner available, stay here, if you require a little more action, stay at Torre del benacco. wish we'd stayed longer in the area. very limited drinks/water / bits and pieces etc, so have everything you need, but fantastic place to unwind. pizza for lunch on the jetty was awesome!

Review 12：Parking was sometimes inconvenient. Also, we had an emergency where we could reach our recipient only via email and were not able to use in-room Wi-Fi. Even in the lobby, network problems turned a simple email into an hours-long task. Normally, this would not be an issue for us, but it turned out to be a big problem in this situation.

Review 13：Great location, not just close to lake, but also a good place from which to reach other destinations along the lake on day trips. The hotel faces west, so you can watch sunsets over the lake from the balcony or the restaurant. We had a beautiful and spacious suite, staff was friendly, food at the lake-front restaurant was some of the best on our trip, and the breakfast buffet was ample with a wide selection. One tip: When you book a suite, bring everything you need if you plan to use the kitchen.

Review 15：The Hotel became such a warm welcoming place, chiefly due to the owners and their staff that we enjoyed returning from our days out so much. We actually found we became friends rather than guests. The bed was very comfortable especially as we both suffer from our backs. Being half way up the west side of Lake Garda we were in an ideal position to visit so many places of beauty. If circumstances allow we will definitely return to this hotel.

Review 16：Despite all information stating that English TV was provided, none was available. The wi-fi was also poor. A car is most important as there is nothing in the area. The local bus service was very good but limited.

Review 19：10 minutes driving to the nearest town, We arrived at night at middle of October (end of season) so no restaurant were open nearby after 9 PM. There is a little restaurant inside the hotel - we didn't try it.

I had thoughtmy room would have the covered, arched balcony, as seen on the website.Did not realize that it was going to be a tiny balcony where you couldonly stand, with no room to sit. It was only when I inquired about theother balconies, that I found out they were the "suite rooms".Also, it was difficult to get any information on the area sites, as thereception clerk was often busy, working in the restaurant and notavailable.

Review 49：The bathroom was very small, with 6 retractable panels for shower walls. When taking a shower, the water leaked through underneath and the whole bathroom tile floor was wet. Could not sit comfortably on the commode because knees bumped against shower door panels. Hard to get wi-fi in room--had to go to lobby area.

Review 50：Great location--quiet and beautiful which added to the romantic ambiance of an authentic Italian town. Bus stopped right outside hotel which made it easy to tour other towns. Right across the street from the hotel is the outdoor restaurant area, abutting Lake Garda--beautiful setting. Pizza Parlor open all day--delicious pizza which we ate by lake. Staff and owner were very nice and helpful. Restaurant Manager prepared a special pasta to our liking which was so delicious that we had the same meal the following night. Ricardo, the waiter, was very attentive and friendly.

Review 51：I don't know where they got their 3rd star from: thin walls coupled with loud neighbours on next room (not that the hotel can do much about the latter), not a great combination. Tall people beware, bed is not very large, especially on single room. Rooms quite small.

(Although, the included breakfast itself is average at best.) Pai is great location within easy reach other towns along the lake, such as Malcesine, Garda and Lasize.
