Review 1：Very personal service! The owners did everything to make us feel happy and welcome! Book transfer ahead of arrival and the hotel will come to the pier and pick you up. Rent bikes and get to the beachers early in the morning (sunrise) to see them untouched by tourists. The number of tourists to La Digue has increased a lot!

Review 2：We stayed for 6 wonderful days in Etoile Labrine. It is a small complex with 10 or 12 rooms with a very familiar atmosphere. When we booked the guesthouse, our expectations were not very high due to the cheap price. We were absolutely positively surprised. The hotel management picked us up at the ferry and brought us back for small money. The guest houses are lovely bounded into a wonderful garden-area. The rooms are having nice new bathrooms and the bedrooms are furnitured with wood at a standard level. Everyday the bed was lovely made up with towel-decoration or flowers. From our room terrace we have had a wonderful view to the mountain. We got our breakfast in the new eating-area which is also a bar and a restaurant for the hotel guests in the evening. We tried also other restaurants on La Digue but after two times we decided to enjoy the dinner at Etoile labrine because it was always so delicious. The staff and management is so friendly and helpful. Whatever you need or want to do, they are a helping hand. If it's bicycle rental or car rental on other islands. We married on la Digue and felt very familiar with the management. They were helping with our preparations and organised an unforgettable candlelight dinner for us. Thumbs up!

Review 3：Not reliable for dinner and organizing excursions. It always depend on the number of guests who join. It was a problem since we could only have dinner one time and boat excursion to a nearby island was canceled.

Review 10：Me and my girlfriend spent 5 amazing days on La Digue, and for this little amount of time Etoile Labrine became like home for us. Beautiful territory (a big garden with lots of flowers), nice and clean room with all the necessary, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The guesthouse owners Johanne and Apever are magnificent people! I can't express how grateful I am for all they did. La Digue itself is a great place, but Etoile Labrine surely adds some magic to your stay. p.s. You should to have dinner in the guest house at least once! You won't be disappointed. Very delicious!
