Review 1：They close the breakfast earlier than hotel at Tokyo and Kyoto. We passed our breakfast in first day (we came at 09.30).

Review 9：Location is excellent, it is very close to the North exit of JR Sapporo Station and very convenient to travel by train to catch rapid train to New Chitose Airport or JR and Subway for sightseeing. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Lawson is at the first floor. Free beers, soft drinks ans bottle water are a plus.

Review 16：Not very secure hotel. Anyone can access floors from the street. Suggest they install a security feature on elevator for room floors. Limited space in room to pack/unpack luggage but that's a given in Japan. Older hotel in needing remodeling. Chairs in room too big for space. Furniture very dates.

Review 20：A little difficult to find the first time. Need to go through doors next to a convinence store and take an elevator to the second floor to get to the lobby. Be watchful of the elevator doors - unless you press the open button as soon as you enter the elevator, they will close on anyone entering after you. And it didn't seem to have a safety feature-doors keeps closing.

Review 27：Very convenient located with Lawson store downstair and major shopping centers nearby. Just 3 min walk from Sapporo station north exit gate. A nice 10-13 min walk to odori station and another 10 min walk to susukino station. Housekeeping is excellent and room is very clean. Will surely come again to this hotel.

Review 55：The hotel is located in such a good location, just next to the jr station north gate, easiest to drop the car rental and travel to airport. So impress with the location. Yet it may be not suit to the teenager people who wants to spend night life, since its 2 stations far from Susukino area.
Review 56：Check in is not until 3pm, but luggage can be left. When I returned I found that the staff had not only already delivered the luggage to the room, but also hung my jacket in the wardrobe. A very nice touch! Decor is a little bit dated, but there is a big bathroom, lots of hot water, good lighting, a choice of pillows, tea and a snack provided in the room, free coffee in the lobby etc etc. Perfect location for the train, the shops, food and also central bus station, and a post office. Although rooms on the south side overlook the train lines, all the windows are double and noise from trains is barely audible. Staff are multi-lingual, efficient and extremely gracious. Depending on your needs and budget, this is a near perfect hotel.
