Review 1：We were accommodated in a horrible, dirty, unfresh looking room for four with disgusting looking bathroom. The room + bathroom I booked was nothing like pictures on booking.com; and the offer I accepted, in fact completely different room and bathroom was offered to us. I would expect for the £43/night in 3-star hotel a much better standard. The door was dirty, beds looked old and unfresh. The souna had to be booked in advance for specific time a day in advance . There was no one to talk: Receptionists were unfriendly and the Manager was not available the whole weekend. The Receptionist did not want to give us the Manager's name/email to contact.

Review 17：WiFi network averages 0.2 kbit/s and does not allow you to open anything other than the simplest web page. This is extremely disappointing and needs immediate attention.
Review 18：We booked deluxe room, however on arrival we got upgraded for free to two bed, fabulous apartment (not sure though what the reason for the upgrade was) Location is very convenient and a ratio of quality to price is very high. Standard rooms are small, but neat and tidy.
Review 19：No complaints, but they could perhaps turn off the lighting on the balcony - it's very bright and on all night, so might disturb some people's sleep.
Review 20：We were given an upgrade on our room for no extra cost, which was great. The room was newly refurbished, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and generous for price, although the coffee machine wasn't working. The sauna was great (and is free), but some of the equipment in there is beginning to show its age a little.
