Review 15：Only downside is the (excellent) off-site parking facility is a good 10 mins walk so if you have a car and intend to go out frequently it's slightly inconvenient but the staff will take you there by golf cart on arrival/departure with luggage etc.

Review 16：Location - directly on the lake in a pedestrianised area. Fantastic views, excellent restaurant and bar, very friendly and accommodating staff in all areas. Our room was very large and comfortable with an outside terrace, sofa, coffee table and lake view - very impressive.

Review 18：Lovely place in excellent location. A single day ticket will let you use ferries to visit other villages on the lake. Board just outside the hotel, but start early, as not all th ferries stop there! Nice restaurant. Call if you have trouble finding the place. They will meet you and help with parking and luggage.

The breakfast terrific and the dinners were even better....our only mistake was going to the restaurant next door one night for dinner. Torri de Benaco is a gem which has yet to be found by Americans!!! We were the only ones in the town!!! We will be back!!

Review 29：Unprofessional & unhelpful reception staff. Balcony right next to rooftop terrace of bar next door which wasn't mentioned to us beforehand. Lack of facilities for a 4 star hotel. Average breakfast. Inconsistent service offered to guests. Overall doesn't seem to be run very professionally.

Review 32：Everything! Our room overlooked the lake and terrace and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are amazing! The reception staff make you feel welcome. The waitstaff - VERY obliging. One gentleman, Moseff (sp) went out of his way to find a ring I dropped on the terrace restaurant. The slats made it 50/50 it could have fallen into the lake. I sadly gave up as it was dark. The next day Moseff saw us and happily came up with my ring! He showed us where he found it and I was quite lucky! Thank you again wonderful staff!

Review 33：First of all: hotel uses pictures of other building fasade that is not part of the hotel. Horrible lady at reception desk with no social skills. She is very bossy and quite attention demanding - very poor lisener - deffenetly does not meet this hotel standards - by hotel's overall apperiance. Man at the bar, Giorgio does not communicate in English - by that we were going bar elsewhere. Lady at the bar, again bossy or lazy. She does not take order and refuses to be talk to...until she finishes privious order. By that takes 30 minutes to get order placed. Man serving eggs at breakfast has no training using pan - by that all egss are coming burned. I will add pictures of 4 star hotel breakfast experince. Defenetly i will not go to this hotel again based on above poor personel service. Area is quite beautiful!
