Review 1：-the booking was for a room with a king-size bed but the receptionist explained there is none available and offered a twin-bed room; we weren't in the mood to argue but this is not acceptable -the toilet was not very clean; no hangers in the bathroom

Review 3：You can't hang anything in the bathroom, there isn't any hanger on the walls.It's cold in the bathroom, there isn't any heating. In the room you can't leave the suitcase anywhere, there isn;t any table for that.

Review 4：Reception staff shouting when we came in. Had planned to eat in, but were advised not to by reception as groups were coming in. Very difficult to find hotel car park. (Drive into what looks like a little park to the left front of the hotel). Dire breakfast.

Review 5：Characterful hotel. Lovely room with balcony and seating area (premier room). Overlooking church and very short walk to river and centre of town.

Review 8：The lobby was always cold as well as the hallways to your room. The hallway lights were never on so very dark. Water was shut off from 10p-10a one night. The website said they took credit cards but when it came time to checkout, they then tell you they don't take credit cards. That limited my cash for the rest of the trip.
