Review 1：Without a rental car, you can never been there. Even with a rental car, without a good navigator, you can never been there either. BUT, the owner is so kind to drive with you, if you can speak Italian :)
Review 2：The style of the house is so nice, old view but new decoration, large and fit for family staying. We arrived in winter, it can be imaged more beautiful in summer and fall. The owner couples are so kind, very good people, we hope to be back in 2016 summer!
Review 3：Boooking.com had stated that Residenza Isabella was 5 minutes away by foot from the Spello train station. This was incorrect information (the 5 minutes were by car), and I hope that that information has been updated on their site since we made our booking in December of last year.
Review 4：My family of 7 people - my parents, me, my sister, her husband and their two children of 9 and 11 spent a week together at Residenza Isabella to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. The place was marvellous: the hosts were wonderful people; the house and the pool all we could wish for and the surrounding landscape was like a dream, especially in the evenings.This our family vacation with memories surrounded by sunflower fields will be with us forever.
Review 5：Our apartment was downstairs and very dark-even with the lights(very few ) on.There was no salt and pepper,sugar,coffee,tea,oil etc--just little things but appreciated when arriving at a self contained apartment.

Review 7：One minor snag is the occasional but very short breaks of the peacefulness since it is pretty close to the railway track. But other than those brief moments, the place is really peaceful and relaxing.

Residenza Isabella is a perfect place to relax, enjoy the country side, make easy day driving trips to Assisi, Orvieto, Perugia, Pirenza and many more places. Our one bedroom unit was excellent, clean modern kitchen and bathroom, comfortable large double bed, excellent Wi Fi and the owners are very helpful
Review 10：No breakfast. Nothing within walking distance, shops, restaurants, sites. It's literally in the middle of farm land.
Review 11：Very quiet small property, only 3-4 apartments. Nice pool and free use of bikes. It's a 6 min drive into Spello town centre, couldn't walk it, definitely need a car. Good base for visiting nearby towns eg; Perugia, Assisi and wineries. The owners are very friendly and welcoming
