Review 1：A bit noisy from the street if you open the window.
Review 2：Nice, renovated flat in a great location in the centre of Lisbon. The place is clean and cosy with four or five rooms and two bathrooms. It is just next to the famous 28 tram stop going to Alfama. It is just a walking distance to the centre. Great price for such standard.

Review 4：The place is super clean, spacious and located in a very central area. I would strongly recommend anyone traveling to Lisbon to stay there. It is an excellent cost benefit.
Review 5：There are little drawbacks but they're in my vieuw really insignificant!!! If you consider these points, then you should better book an overpriced five stars hotel somewhere else in Lisboa. ;o)
Review 6：Apartment in a residential house with 4 clean and open double bedrooms, 2 apart bathrooms (so if one is occupied you can go to the other), joint kitchen and dining room ( you only share the fridge). The guesthouse is on the 1st floor and you can even use an elevator to get up easy there.The central position of the guesthouse close the old city is great between two metro stations => Intendente (350 m / 5 min. walk) and Anjos (500 m / 7 min. walk) and you've direct access to thetram/bus stop (Electrico 28 E in direction to Martim Monitz and bus 734 ditto) nearby the building. If you walk to Rua Maria Andrade (70 m / 1 min. walk) you can reach also tram/bus stop (Electrico 28 E in direction to Campo Ourique (Prazeres) the most known and infamous route in the hills and small streets of Lisbon and bus 734 ditto). If you want to the daily shopping at discount supermarket chain LIDL, this is located at Rua Maria da Fonte 37, approx. 200 m / 2 min. walk from the Voyage guest house.If you walk down the streets directed to the city you reach in 25 min. the splendid 'bairro alto' and the „Rio Tejo“ river. Going back with metro to Intendente or Anjos you're in no time back to your vacation address (important if you are not blessed with the fittest body=> with no exhausting walks at ascending slopes if you must walk back to your apartment!!)The breakfast is included also with handmade fresh orange juice and you've full acess to the kitchen to prepare your lunch/dinner. Every single kitchen tool is to your disposal incl. microwave. The bright bedrooms will be cleaned up every single day and you get fresh towels.All bedrooms faced to the street are updated with double-glazed windows, so there you've the silence to sleep well.So in short it is for me a good vacation address in Lisboa for a reasonable price, perfect located and very clean. I would come back for sure next time when I make holidays in Lisboa.
Review 7：The manager is a bit strick, but he simply wants guest to call ahead. I really liked he takes care about the place and I saw him rejecting two tourist because they did not show their identity cards, which improves security in the place. The breakfast was OK.
Review 8：You share the bathroom, breakfast starts at 9.00. Maybe you can ask for earlier possibilities, we did not ask, so maybe it is possible.

Review 10：Eugenio and his employees are very helpful and nice. Guest house is located perfectly. Nighbourhood is not to loud but not far from interesting places. Reastaurants Nearby are worth to visit :).

Review 19：Street is VERY Noisy! We could not sleep on a Saturday night (the only night we stayed) because of the screams and noise that drunk people were making on the streets. Not the guest house fault, but if you want to rest on a Saturday night do not stay here.

Review 23：My friend and I visited this guest house in the middle of June and now we don't really understand why this place has such a high rating? It's enough clean there, it's true, but a lot of inconvenience: (1) no air conditioning in the rooms, only weak fans, (2) very loud tram line under the window, so it is impossible to stay in the room in the afternoon and in the evening, because it's very hot there and you can not open the window, (3) the kitchen, which is specified in the description, in fact, uses by host and his staff as their office, so you can not use it when you want. One time we were trying to beat the heat and decided to watch movie in the kitchen, but host has forbidden us, and even put the sign next morning, (4) host is very economical and he limited hot water heaters, so 2 days of 6 we took a shower with cold water, (5) there is a washing machine in apartment, but you can not use it, (6) and of course there is no way to pay with card — booking.com contains incorrect information about that.
Review 24：The owner of the property has a silly check-in policy which only allows for a one hour window to check-in. In saying this, without being able to get in contact with us, the owner waited at the property until the early evening (long after the stipulated check-in cut-off) for us to arrive. I can imagine check-in being problematic for some travellers at this property.

Review 26：The room wasnt noisy through the night but at 8am gets abit loud from tram and cars outside, like any city though. It was a little difficult to find because there isnt much of a sign.

Review 32：Facts: A location is very good, easy to find, 1 min walk from metro, or you can even reach the center in 10-15 min on foot (or 2-3 metro stops). The owner is very nice, and really good guy he knwos his job! Even is his english not that good, there was no communication problem. (for eg. we coudnt find salt in the ktichen, so we ask him, where is it...there was no salt. In 2 min he came back from the supermarket with a salt. Owner for president!! :D ).Breakfest: basic but enough, and very good. He made fresh orange juice every morning! for last but not least: very clean!! Especially the bathrooms! If I go back to Lisbon, probably i'll take that room for sure;)
Review 33：No AC but there was a good fan in the room. The sidestreet the guest house is on is fairly unfrequented so can make for a slightly creepy walk home from the city centre, but I was a solo female traveling so would be fine if you're with at least one other person.
Review 34：Location was quiet and away from all the noise of the city, breakfast everyday was delicious, the host is around during the morning and evenings but will keep to himself and is very helpful with figuring out what to do in the city. Nice communal area for eating and making food if you wish, bathrooms are very clean too
