Review 1：I was served a very cloudy beer that tasted bad but when I complained I was told that had been selling this without complaints yet another staff member checked this and insisted the beer keg was changed as he to thought it was bad

Review 3：Having stayed in 5 star hotels in the United States, Hotel Belweder lacks in the following areas that I have come to expect in a 5 star resort: - no welcome accent anywhere in the room (fresh flower, etc.) - not all spa treatments were available during my stay. This limited assortment was not noted anywhere when we booked our stay. There was only 1 spa therapist available. We were surprised to find out that all spa treatments require an appointment. It was evident that due to lower, off season hotel occupancy, these services were limited. - other amenities such as the night club and outdoor patio / bar were not available during our stay (as we stayed on a week day). - dirty outdoor sandbox - no menu available in the room (thus wasn't able to order room service), no notepad or pen. - no lotion / shampoo in the bathroom - pool hours are too short (9PM closing is definitely a negative) - room and pool area should be spot cleaned more regularly. We noticed some rust / calcium stains on the metal posts in the pool area and Scottish shower massage as well as planter pots.

Review 4：- great location close to all shops, restaurants and downtown - overall the room was clean and all facilities we used including the pool and sauna were in good condition. - appreciated having bath robes and slippers in the room - restaurant offers excellent breakfast and dinner options. - indoor play space for kids

Review 5：Weak wi-fi - did not reach our room on 1st floor. Location is great for restful piece of mind, but if you want to stay close to city center, you will need car (30 min walk down/up hill).

Review 7：this is hotel is nice but not 5* quality hotel for sure. I could give them between high 3* and 4*. small tv set. very small swimming pool full of children... this is difficult to relax. very slow elevator (designer forgot that staff need also use one of 2 eleveators).

Review 8：Cosy, big room with balcony. Great view at mountains and city. Nice bathroom. Fresh air and quite. Breakfast could be better for Hotel with 5*. Everyday was the same basic food made from standard products - no regional, good food !(but unfortunatelly there was not good food in whole region!!!). big parking but not close to the main entrance. Nice surranding with big garden.

Review 9：Mainly problem was elevator (extremly slow and crowdy).wi-fi also was very low. breakfast each day was the same however you could choose something. a little bit fare from city and restaurants but beautiful view intead :-)
