Review 1：I like everything about it ! ...except the material with which the bungalow was built, zinc makes the hut not cool enough during the day, even with AC. But bearable.

And I think Casa Fina management should change the packaging of the toiletries too. Please change the packaging to bottle which it can make it easier to use. Sorry to say this hotel is not value for money with what i had got.

Review 11：1) No breakfast 2) asked for extra towel and pillow and the staff at the front line told me it will be chargeable and i think this should not be charge even though the staff offer me a reasonable price. 3) our bathroom door couldn't be lock properly if you really push it very hard and it will open. Management should really look in to it for this issue. It's all about our safety issue. 4) When asking for late check out at 1300hrs, the front liner told me that it would be charge at MYR 50.00, because the system will automatically capture the rate. What i seen is, this hotel wasn't running high occupancy, hotel should offer late check out to guest, at least 1 hour late. I'm a hotelier also, i know if the rate was charge to the guest account it could be REBATE OUT the charges, it is all about whether the staff want to offer the assistant or not.
Review 12：i like the location of this hotel, very convenient, especially very near to the 7Eleven, duty free shop and beach. I believe this is most of the traveller would expect when they travel to Langkawi. And the staff were friendly too.

You have fridge, TV, tea & coffee + kettle in the room and good aircon. Great value for money. Staff helpful and friendly.

The location is definitely a plus point as it is along the main street full of nice restaurants and opposite is the duty free shop to stock up on goodies.

Review 79：We stayed at the room 201. It located in another location but not far from the lobby. There's no hot water in the room. The wall between rooms is too thin so that we can hear from another room. It was terrible when there's a Chinese group (maybe teenage or something like that). They laughed out loud, spoke and also punched in the wall which is our bed in the next room whole night that we cannot sleep after a long day of activities. There're 2 female staffs: 1 islam maybe with the scarf on her head is always smile, helpful but another one doesnt smile with guests just once time. Internet in our room is too bad, cannot access all day. However, maybe we cannot ask for more with the motel and the price like this.

I had to then find the door myself which was b/w a shop and a restaurant. - The rooms were on first floor and there was no lift so had to carry all the luggage including the kids stroller up. - The room I booked was without window and felt suffocating, won't ever book a room without window again. - The rooms were above the shops/restaurant and the loud noise of shutters closing at midnight was very disturbing. - The loud noise from the stairs whenever someone was coming or going can be heard in the room and at times felt disturbing. - There was no proper closed cabinet in the room.

Review 92：The room is dirty/dusty. The dusts are very apparent on the sheets and pillows. Spider webs are all over the ceiling in the room especially in the toilet. The room has a poor quality wood flooring and it is extremely loud to walk around especially at night. Worse of all, the room is full of ants! Chocolates that were bought were forced to be kept in the fridge at all times and even candy wraps would attract ants if they were thrown in the bin at the room. This room defenitely did not worth RM 170 for a night!
Review 93：The twin room that i booked was roomy for a 2 person stay and it has a fairly big sized toilet. I also like that Casa Fina is located at the center of Pantai Cenang. It is easy to travel to Kuah or airport. The street is easy to travel around, has a number of choices of restaurant and alot of duty free shops for shopping. Their staffs are okay, can't judge as I didn't get to meet them much.

The walls of the rooms were too thin (I could hear the next door conversation), the toilet window latches were broken (someone could climb in). Only 1 keycard (which was in poor condition) was provided for the room which meant that it was inconvenient to coordinate various family members going in or out unless altogether. There was no 'telephone' to call reception for anything.
Review 103：I like the fact that it is basic but very comfortable stay. Close to the beach, the staffs were welcoming. We arrived late at 11.30pm, the reception has already closed, but there are guards who standby there and passed us our key, eventhough we have only booked a room without paying yet.

Review 124：I stayed two nights in Casa Fina, the first problem was the Air conditioner is not cooling and shower water pressure was very low, the room was full of small ants which even we found them entering in our luggage and the bed sheet was not clean. On the second morning we left the room and when coming back the bed sheet was not replaced and instead of putting new bottles of water as a complementary they put the two empty bottles !!!!
