Hotel Dom sells fast on our site. Just around the corner from the Utrecht’s famous Dom Tower, Hotel Dom combines its 18th-century exterior with contemporary designed public areas and spacious rooms including complimentary Wi-Fi.
Each uniquely decorated room has luxury box-spring bedding, a seating corner and a work desk. A curtain divides the room from the modern shower facilities, free toiletries and a bathrobe are provided.
The in-house Restaurant & Bar Podium onder de Dom, also known as Culinair Podium, serves a 4- to 6-course menu. A continental breakfast is served every morning.
Guests could walk straight into Utrecht’s historic city centre. Sights such as De Oudegracht canal or the Steenweg shopping area are to reach within 5 minutes on foot.

The hotel restaurant staff could not have been more gracious or hospitable during my staff. (can I also say I am a 'woman of a certain age' but treated like super-model). Lovely service, great front of house. This establishment deserves and earns every high rating it receives. Travelling to Utrecht frequently, I have declared Hotel Dom my new favourite place in the city.

Review 30：There's not much I could criticize, maybe the only things would be that due to the proximity to the Dom Tower (about a 2 min walk) the bells at night though beautiful in sound, became irritating for sleeping since they ring every 15 min throughout the entire night. It's not the hotel's fault but if you're sensitive to noise you may want to stay on the back side of the hotel. Soundproof windows would be a very nice upgrade to the property. Besides that everything else was great. There were a few lights in the room that didn't turn on either and the bath tub and sink faucets were quite loose. But these are minor criticisms.

Review 31：We stayed in a suite and it was a gorgeous room. Nicely appointed with lots of amenities. Plenty of space, the king sized bed was awesome, great shower, also had a bathtub. The hotel is very chic. We didn't dine in their restaurant but I will definitely be back and must try it. The location could not have been more perfect. Staff was very nice and attentive. Very, very happy with finding this gem! We will be back!

Review 32：My suite was the black room on the first floor and it was way too dark. I waited to pack in the morning for departure because it was so dimly lit in the bedroom area at night. The bathroom was bright. My nephew's room on the second floor was lit properly.

Review 34：I think the rooms are overpriced. They were very spacious, nice bed but nog very clean. The shower was mouldy. There were no basic bathroomutilities: no shampoo, no showergel, no glasses for your toothbrush. I think the hotel wants to establish an air of luxury, but it's just not working

Review 61：The elevator is like a goods lift. It is slow and you have to keep the button of your floor pressed to reach the floor. I think the layout of the room was a bit strange. No sink in the bathroom. Instead, it was next to the bed and there was no mirror above the sink. There was a nice big mirror by the window, but brushing and flossing teeth was difficult. The above said, the room was lovely and spacious.

For those who like peace and quiet its good to know that there are a lot of church bells at all hours. I loved it.
