Review 1：Hosts very friendly and helpful with maps and making dinner reservations. Delicious homemade sweet and savoury breakfast with several types of coffee, juices,etc. Quiet and very secure property.

Review 2：Great location. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking dinners. The complimentary bikes and laundry are a nice touch. Breakfast is FANTASTIC with many homemade treats each morning. The hosts were very helpful and so friendly.

Review 5：This was a lovely spot to spend a week in the heart of Umbria. Close to Spello and a good place to base oneself for exploring the area. Hosts, Americo and Delia, were excellent and the breakfast was very good, especially Delia's baked goodies. Useful to have laundry and self catering facilities.

Review 6：The personal attention of the owners. Americo gave us a scenic route description for our daily trips, avoiding the autostrada. Delia proudly told us at breakfast which delicious cakes she made. Also the cleaning ladies were very friendly! The pool area has a magnificent view on Spello, especially in the evening light.

Review 7：Excellent location with easy access to major sites. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, doing all that they could to ensure that their guests had a nice stay. Everything was perfect - the apartment (cleanest we have ever seen), delicious breakfasts, pool, grounds, the BBQ and use of bicycles. When you arrive, you will receive a welcome basket with coffee/tea, as well as a "kit" with dishes, cutlery, and some basic kitchen equipment. As we planned to cook a number of meals, we simply asked for a few additional kitchen items, which were happily provided. We look forward to returning some day!

Review 10：whilst the facilities are there to cook your own meal, there are no pots and pans or indeed plates so apart from heating a pizza in the oven you cannot cook your own meal.

Review 11：It was a very quiet and tranquil location and whilst the property was basic, it was fine for two nights.

Review 12：Location. Very close to the old town of Spello. Easy to find. Lovely place on the edge of a wheat field. Peaceful and quiet. Accommodation. Large and cosy apartment with fully equipped kitchen and walk-in closet. Immaculately clean. I did not use a swimming pool but it looked very good. Breakfast. A proper coffee machine for those who like espresso and a percolator for those who want a mug for their morning meal. The hosts cook special Spello bruschettas for a good breakfast enthusiasts. The place is run by a family couple, they are very nice and extremely helpful.

Will never forget Delias home made cakes and the tasty bruchettas with the local olive oil and salumi she made freshly every morning! Lovely location and near to all the places we wanted to visit in Umbria, which is a beautiful region.Spello can be reached easily by car, but also you can walk to the centre in about 20 minutes. Spello also has a train station Whilst we were there a swimming pool was being constructed which will be an added attraction to this lovely complex. A wonderful, memorable stay, and hope to be back again!

Review 32：What makes this places unique is the owners Delia and Americo. They are incredibly hospitable and going out of the way to see that everybody at Terra Dei Santi feel comfortable and well. In spite our language barriers we were able to communicate and we receive valuable advices regarding our travel plans in Umbria. The apartments were maintained in an extremely clean and comfortable conditions. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Deila were baking new cakes every day and we had Umbrian omelets and guanciale with crostini and incredibly tasty olive oil. The location of the place near Spello makes it an ideal place to investigate Umbria. The place is quite close to the highway but not noisy at all; and Delia and Americo created a beautiful garden of various plants. Staying at this place added to our experience of Umbria.

Review 35：This was perfect for families. The owners were very nice. The room was spacious, immaculate and very private. Wifi is free and there is a TV which our 4 year old enjoyed the cartoon channel! He didnt want to leave. It was a great location. We got to Deruta and Assisi with ease!
