Review 1：I found nothing to dislike.
Review 2：Terrific location, just a short walk from Nagoya Station. Though located on a major thoroughfare in a busy neighborhood, the Sunroute is a very quiet property. Extremely solicitous staff, compact but comfy rooms, robust wi-fi, and a very nice (and generous) breakfast buffet.

Review 11：This was my third stay at Sunroute Plaza and by far the best hotel experience I had on my travels across Japan. Staff was very supportive again and reacted promptly to any request and questions. The breakfast is surprisingly good and overall staying at this place is good value for money.
Review 12：This is a single room with a sofa bed, and actually the sofa bed is just the same as a proper bed and its comfortable enough, which is just right next to a window with a view at the train station.

Review 19：I only stayed here for one night as our stop in Nagoya was only scheduled for 2 days. The hotel is located within 10 minutes of Nagoya station by walking which was very convenient. The receptionist at the hotel wasn't super friendly when we first arrived, but the girls we dealt with when leaving were very friendly and were kind enough to let us store out bags with them for several hours while we explored the city some more. The room was a fair size - maybe a bit small but that's pretty standard in Japan. Each floor had a vending machine with beer and a couple other drinks. The bed was pretty hard as most of them are in Japan. The WiFi was actually above average when comparing to the rest of the hotels and hostels I stayed at while in Japan. It cut out a couple times but while it was working it was actually very fast. The hotel is clean and nicely designed and I would stay here again if I ever found myself back in Nagoya for a night.

Review 106：The room is abnormal big for Japanese standard. The bed is also super king size. Even it is old but quite well maintained. Location is good - 15 min. on feet from Nagoya Station. Staff is friendly and try to help.
Review 107：The guy who handled our check in process held us at the counter for more than 20 minutes while seemingly trying to search through the booking records. He spoke something in Japanese which we don't understand. When I tried to ask the other staff if there is someone who speaks english, he appeared not wanting to interfere with the check in process and referred me back to the original guy. Only then the guy reluctantly gave me the key to the room.

Review 111：I don't mention that it's quite small room bcoz it's anormal thing in Japan. Everything fine fore me, location is veryconvenience and easy to find. Also easy to access to anywhere you want.Not too cloudy with people as same as Metesu building side. Breakfast isnot bad, you can select Japan style or American style. Wifi availableeach room, that's perfect. Conclusion is, overall is ok, value ofmoney. Next time, I will stay again.
