Review 1：Everything was just awful about this place from check in to check out

Review 3：The property is badly in need of some maintenance. This reflects in the attitude of the staff. They feel if the owner does not care about the state of the hotel, why should they give good service. The staff were helpful when asked, but you can tell morale is not good. I would look for another place to stay next time, if I can find something in this location.

Review 9：The bathroom is very old. Tap is not really working, hot water cannot be used itself, need to fix your hot water system to mix with cold water. This is the most important part of an accommodation. Bathroom Floor is always wet, there must be some leaking there. Pillowcase are not iron, not sure if the bed sheets are replaced. Breakfast is served at 7am, why not serving even coffee only before 7am, or have a kettle in a room to boil water for coffee or tea. Some guests are leaving earlier for important trip.

Review 11：It was very close to the airport so a cheap taxi ride. The staff were friendly and helped us ring for taxis and gave us directions to local restaurants. Convenient for a one night stay before you fly from Cebu. Decent room with comfy bed and a TV.

Review 14：Great location if you arrive at unconvenient times at the airport. I arrived at 3 am and it is very well located for this situation as it is only a 5 min and very cheap taxi drive from the airport. Also a 24 h reception.

Review 29：The room was a little disgusting. The toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor! And the smell was terrible! I reported the problem to the staff but they didn't really seem to care or offer to move me to a different room! Instead they put a bath Matt next to the toilet which became saturated in seconds! It was really disgusting to have to walk into the bathroom through toilet water! The hotel is also located through some unlit back roads. It feels a little dangerous at night, I originally stayed at this hotel thinking I could walk to the airport in the morning but after speaking to some locals (I had an early morning flight), they explained that this would be very dangerous. So I opted for a taxi. The bed was very uncomfortable the blanket is an itchy sheet that reminded me of a potato sack. The room had no toiletries or towels. I had to request towels from reception twice.
Review 30：The location is Very good and close to the airport. 5 minutes by taxi and the reception staff were very accommodating when booking taxis and asking for a wake up call. They offered me the free breakfast for dinner but I never accepted so I couldn't comment on the quality.
Review 31：The bathroom was disgusting, whole room smelt like damp. Bed sheets had stains and the wifi was horrendous. In fact the rooms are in such a bad shape that the tap came off the wall and sprayed a constant stream of full force water. Spend £3 more stay at a days inn

I intentionally stayed in this hotel because of the location (about 5mins from the airport)...that's it! but still we missed the flight because of the sluggish service. The hotel is far from great but the location, that's what most people are after, especially to those with intransit flights. They better speed up their service next time. And will never stay in this hotel again

Great location for a 6am departure. Staff gave us what was missing in the room. Even the AC and wifi worked well. Basically, inspect the room immediately and immediately ask for sheets, towels, soap or whatever may be missing. Neighborhood looked rough but we did not go outside.

Review 60：I've stayed here a few different times. Sometimes the internet was very slow--it made work difficult. It is never fast and not all rooms get a good signal. My main gripe with this place. The "hot" water wasn't in one of the rooms. Roaches. (But hey, this IS the Philippines.) A few of the staff members were sullen and seemed peeved when asked for assistance. The only detail i didnt like too much was the ants in the c.r but they are only regular ants and they go away when you shower.
