Review 1：Our stay was right in the middle of the transition between the former and the new management, this has caused some confusion for few days: work in progress, restaurant closed and some other minor issues; Restaurant: just few options, food/drinks are average quality and overpriced; Cleaning: room cleaning is okay but cleaning of common area needs to be addressed.

Review 2：Position: can't be better, right on the unspoilt Xpu-Ha beach and in the best part of it as well; Staff: Andrew (former manager) made his very best to sort few issues we had at the beginning of our stay, all his staff very helpful; Breakfast: fresh, varied and generous served on the terrace overlooking the sea; Rooms: the terraced suites and the villa are great, they just need a bit more furniture/facilities to become superb.

Review 5：WiFi is available only in common areas. Facility will gain if WiFi were available in rooms.

Review 7：Aircon is not useful even if you close so called windows. A little bit wet and warm in room.

Review 8：Everything perfect if you like the sound of ocean during the night. And you should rent a car, there are a lot to do around. Beach, restaurant, location, service is on top!

Review 9：Not having a car so I could explore the area more, but that is not anything to do with the hotel.

Review 10：Everything the location is the best, the beach, the food. A bit rustic, not a resort, small, so the give each guest more attention.
