Review 1：Cleaning was almost non existant.we stayed 4 nights and housekeeping just made the bed without cleaning at all. Not very central to cenang not good price/value ratio.

Reception have a dirty fishpond - green with no fish. The whole property needs paint and a lot of repairing. It is run-down . It was a long time ago maybe nice but not now!! No english tv canals , no internet-facility , very difficult wi-fi (only in lobby with only a few chairs to sit ) For the same amount we could have stayed in a much better hotel.

( this kind of resort need to provide wifi in room as well) Room service closes at 10:30 p.m. So be prepared and take care of your drinking water because they will not provide water also at night. Mosquito and spider are common. Food pathetic and drinks are OK. . Though less price. Breakfast same all 3 days.. No change.. Very boring. Staff few are good in restaurant and few just don't take care.. In simple words this hotel has gained recognition but now are just pathetic with respect to customers.. They have there own house rules which need to be followed. Hotel management need to understand that they are not budget but a 4 star hotel which needs to take care of guest small comfort issue..

They said our room included welcome drinks, but they just gave us the coupon and asked us go and get it in the bar, what kind of welcome drink is this??? And the restaurant is dirty too, when we having our breakfast, many flies around us, and many birds eating the food left by the customer due to the staff didn't keep it immediately but left it for very long time. Our bed room the bed sheet also dirty, we saw some blood and dirt on our bed sheet, so disgusting. It only consider as 2/3 stars hotel but charge us 5 stars hotel price, totally over charge. No worth the price at all. I will not come back here, and will asked my friends and family not to choose this hotel.

Also no resort wide Internet, not even in the room. And one night we couldn't sleep in the second room as the Aircon was broken. Again for that price I would expect a stocked fridge in the room.

Review 66：1) Our room is quite far from the lobby and no buggy service provided. My elderly mother had to walk quite far and then climb the stairs to reach the room. However the staff provided us with a wheelchair for her. 2) No internet whatsoever in the room. Wifi is only available in the lobby and restaurants. Management may have the own reasons for this but I sincerely thinks it would be nice to have wireless internet in the room since the phone coverage in our room was not good either. 3) I really look forward for breakfast in every hotels I stayed in. Honestly disappointed with the spread. We stayed in another hotel before Frangipani and liked their breakfast better. However the view we had during our meal is great.

Review 112：There was a problem getting to our room from the reception area because of the thunderstorm. They didn't have umbrellas at the reception. After making us wait for 15 minutes, they loaned us some umbrellas from the office.

There is a separate shower area attached with every villa with a tree inside :) They are not wrong when they say that it's the greenest resort. There is easy access to the beach. The pool and restaurant are also good.

Review 137：The resort is in a crowded area and near to the airport so periodically the peace is shattered by jet engines. When we arrived we were given a suite that smelled of drains. We asked to be moved and were "upgraded" to a room that had its own problems - minimal sound insulation from next door, leaking toilet. We chose to move elsewhere.
