Review 2：Everything. Location is superb just next to subway, hotel room size is big especially the bathrooms, I will definitely stay there again whenever I'm in sapporo.

Review 3：Staff can't understand English. Payment is upon check in. (ended up using credit card when I intend to pay by cash. Gave the card thinking it was for deposit hold and actual payment will be during check out). A lot of communication problem and I ended up not getting an invoice (which I need for company claim). Room (1 person) is small. You either put your stuff on the floor or the bed.

Review 4：The location is very good and convenient. Most of the places of interest within Susukino is a close walking distance away. Subway and bus stop are nearby.

Review 15：The room is very tiny. Double bed is 4 feet-sized. There is no space to place our luggages. When we booked through booking.com, the twin-bed / no-smoking room was not available. But when we checked in, the receptionist told us that if we want the twin-bed room with no-smoking, we have to pay addtional 52,000 Yen which is double of what we have booked. The staff speaks poor english. Too big LCD-TV on the dressing table made no space to put our stuff.

Review 16：The location is excellent. It's right at the exit no. 3 of Hosuisusukino station. Walking distance to many tourist attractions. Lawson is at the basement of the hotel or 7/11 is just crossing the street.

Review 17：I was given a twin bedroom instead of one double bed which seemed pointless seemings that I had the room to myself. The staff weren't helpful and laughed and made unnecessary comments to each other when I couldn't understand what they were saying
