Review 1：There is not a fitness center yet. The WiFi is very very weak andmostly didn't work for us, and in many areas there is no WiFi atall. The buffets got old pretty quickly. Be prepared to either stay inthe pool or bike to beaches around the island. If you want a lovelybeach with private hotel access, this hotel has a private beach but itis small shallow and not very pleasant, and nearby the jetty/harborof the island.

Review 2：The resort is clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely kind andaccommodating. The pool area is very nice. The spa services wereexcellent.

Review 3：Staff was highly incompetent. There was very little information on the hotel (restaurant facilities, maps etc.) and staff could not answer most of our questions.

Review 9：Wonderful location, fantastic rooms plenty of attention to detail, beautiful beach and pool-area in a relaxing atmosphere. Excellent food, try the à la carte restaurant at lunch, we liked it even better than in the evening. The only thing that may be improved is the checkout process which is somewhat complicated as bills from restaurant or bar are separated into different categories (e.g. food, beverages, alcoholic beverages) instead of showing the single bills in an overview.

Review 10：We were upgraded to the Villa De Charme, but it felt more like a downgrade really. The room was very small and the furniture a bit old. The worst part was the outdoor bathroom, it was impossible to shower outside with all the mosquitoes. However, the hotel manager Selby was very cooperative when we asked for another standard room with an indoor bathroom and they transferred us to another room almost immediately. The standard room was very spacious with modern and colourful furniture, overlooking a very beautiful garden. Another point to make here is the housekeeping service. The cleaning wasn't good, especially the toilet.

Review 11：This is the nicest hotel on the island of La Digue. It is right next to the jetty and very close to restaurants and shops. The hotel also provides free bike rentals which is very convenient and allows you to explore the whole island. All the famous beaches in La Digue, including the Anse Source D'Argent are within walking distance (cycling much easier though). Staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting La Digue.

Review 16：- Check-in & check-out were very slow - The transfer from the jetty (200m away) comes at a cost, but Apparently they collect your luggage already at the jetty for free but when we arrived nobody was there and had to carry our luggages all the way to the hotel. - Wi-fi works only around the pool but very badly, apparently in the room there is a paid one but no one informed us - some evenings the rooms (we had the garden villa up the hill) can become noisy due to loud music -in 4 days they never changed the bed linings - the beach is not great but you can easily get to amazing one (with no facilities) -extras are a bit expensive but in-line with the islands trend

Review 17：- location is great, close to everything and overlooking the sea - facilities are marvelous, restaurant directly on the beach waterfront, pool falling into the sea and very comfortable pool beds - rooms (garden villa) are stunning, very spacious, huge bed, lot of space, big balcony with table and sunchairs. The bathroom is the cherry on top of the cake: huge bathtub and open air shower. The only noise you hear are birds. - free bicycling and snorkeling equipment at disposal for the guest - we stayed in HB and never had the need to go somewhere else as both breakfast and dinner buffet are great, dinner buffet changes topic every night. The first night had to take food in the room cause my husband wasn't feel good, and they deliver free of charge. - we didn't use it as we are a sporty couple, but if needed there is a buggy service for free that can be used to move around the resort - excursions can be arranged at the info center opened 24/7

Review 19：The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful at all times. At times when they did not have to help they made it their personal problem to ensure my stay was faultless. The airline lost my luggage and the hotel was very helpful. For the first day I honestly believed my holiday was going to get worse but the hotel staff ensured a smooth stay. The hotel room was literally out of this world with views that could wake you up even earlier to see the morning sunrise!! Breakfast was something very special ...on the beach and the surrounding pool with stunning views. For me I can't express a more positive hotel from luxury with a natural romantic touch. I will definetly save and be back for another piece of paradise!!!!

Review 20：gorgeous and lovely, I can't say nothing bad and we stayed there 12 nights.. Balcony was great, palm trees giving great privacy, and lovely exotic birds singing.. If you booking a garden villa ask for top floor, as they have 2 levels.

Review 26：The Villa de Charme Elegance room was amazing - nice balcony, private jacuzzi, large space, romantic, outdoor shower. Breakfast was delightful, the infinity pool was great, the smoothies delicious and some of the staff including the GM were friendly and helpful

Review 32：Wonderful villa with spacius balcony, lively colours and stylish design satisfies all needs. Food at both restaurants (á la carte and buffet dinner) is really excellent, a must to try if you're here, we rated it to the top 3 in the Seychelles.

Review 33：No Internet in room and only poor signal or bandwith in shared areas. The room was promised to be with Internet, but despite several complaints (+5 times) the hotel was not able to fix this. Considering that this is a 5 star resort, then it is completely unacceptable!

Review 51：The service is the worst and absolutely cannot happen in this price range; even for a third of the price, service would be far from acceptable. Staff would not stop talking on the cellphone to help a guest, there was at least one missing or false order at any visit in any restaurant and one would smell like an ash-tray after a massage in the spa, to name just a few hotspots. If you appreciate to be well treated as a guest stay away from this hotel.

We had to take a private boat to Praslin which cost us tripple. No room service): Definitely expected this feature from a 5 star.
