Review 1：happy with all aspects.
Review 2：Pleasantly surprised. Hotel photos gave impression it was dark and overbearing. Quite the opposite. Building is light an airy. Good helpful service and with the recent heatwave one of only 2 hotels out of 14 we stayed at that had good aircon. Private parking and adjacent river all added to an enjoyable stay.
Review 3：Staff was really professional and helpful, hotel was clean throughout. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choices. Location was good too as not far from town centre and also near the forest animal park (although Ustron is not a huge place).Spa is not some amazing facility but we got some discounted treatments and both me and my husband really enjoyed it! Oh and the childrens playroom, a great thing for our little one as she just did not want to leave the place. Really enjoyed it there!
Review 4：A party was organised at the hotel without prompting me. So I had to bear loud music thus couldn't sleep till 2AM.

Review 7：The location was brilliant, the room well furnished and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We liked the fact that the hotel observed the Polish quiet rule between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am. It ensured a good nights sleep. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. The mini bar was reasonably priced too.

Review 12：New and modern hotel. Clean rooms, bathroom and restaurant. Good location very close to the center but only if you have room with view on the river. Parking included in price. Very good breakfast but coffe was not in my taste.
Review 13：1. All things considered , the price was expensive. I thought it was not the hotel of 4 stars .2. Thoughout the night it was noisy because of new year's eve party. 2. No facility for spa.- I was mistaken that hotel has spa only because the city utsron is famous for resort, spa. 3. Disappointing location - the hotel is located in the center of the city, so all that i can see from my room is buildings in city center. I had expected the fine view of the white mountains covered with white snow.
