Review 1：The friendliess of the owners. The location of the property to major sightseeing locations. We had an elderly aunt staying with us and if it were not for Emilio sourcing a wheelchair for us we would not have been able to take her sightseeing.
Review 2：The family was kind and caring and wanted to do everything possible to make us comfortable and help us with anything at all that we needed. The daughter speaks good English and the rest of the family spoke Italian, but we could easily make ourselves understood.
Review 3：Mosquitos. There were many and they limited the possibility to sit or even stay for a short time outdoors. But the owners said that they intend to install mosquito nets.
Review 4：We were 2 adults, 3 kids 17y, 14y, 7y. Extremely friendly family = staff who live next door and are extremely helpful and nice, show flexibility and a real willingness to help. Even got a nice home made cake. Rooms are large and nice. WiFi ok.

Review 6：Emilio and his family were super hospital. They have pigs, goats, goose, rabbit, e.t.c. They make wines so you have get wine taste. The room is very clean and equipped with sufficient stuff. We stopped because we wanna go to the mall but it's a place worth to stay just for holiday without doing anything.

Review 8：Hospitality, gardens and breskfast.. rooms and bathroom was very clean. you can rent a bike which was perfect for us. emilio and his family is very warm and sweet.. you can spend a day in this place
Review 9：- great, helpful hosts (they all such a warm-hearted people that it's just worth to go there to meet Emilio, Giselda, Daniela and Silvia with their husbands and kids) - very clean, spacious apartment with comfortable beds - Emilio's wine and Giselda's cantuccini, honey, eggs, meat, jams, olive oil (everything was delicious!) - our kids loved the most the farm animals and the football field - wi-fi worked very well - baby crib for our doughter was perfect - close to Florence, Greve/Rada in Chianti and not so far from Siena and Cortona (all places worth seeing) We hope to come back in the future.
Review 10：Upon our arrival Emilio and his family welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour of their beautiful property: vineyard, olive trees, farm animals and winery! Every day they met us with helpful travel suggestions and samples of their food and delicious chianti wine. The setting was relaxing: we took walks, rode their guest bikes, and enjoyed the gorgeous countryside. They treated us like family. We hated to leave and would love to go back during the grape harvest!

Review 14：Great location. Friendly hosts, lots to do for the kids including football and table tennis table. Enjoyed seeing the winery and all the animals. Especially liked Emilio and Gisella's home made red wine! Very easy to get the train into Florence.

Review 17：The only disadvantage was the noise from a disco nearby. Good music but it was impossible to sleep. (We stayed from Saturday to Sunday in August). There was some noise from a nearby railway as well.
Review 18：Very hospitable, friendly owners. Very nice farm with animals and garden. The location is near the Mall Outlet. There is a big food supermarket about 20-30 min by car.
Review 19：We stayed only one night. Our apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. Owners are very nice and talkative, even we don`t speak any Italian and they don`t speak English everything was well and the place itself is interesting. There is a train right next to the garden, but we didn`t hear any noise during the night and slept well, thank you ;)

Theplace is nice, perfectly clean, well entertained , with a wonderfulgarden and the possibility to visit the farm animals and the vineyards,they also produce very good olive oil. The location is close to manylovely villages and hills and also outlets for those who seek that.
