Review 1：We having a hard time to find the location of the hotel. The closer train station is Susukino, about 10 minutes walk to the hotel if you know the right direction!
Review 2：The hotel a bit old and not so close to the train station. But for the price we paid, we are happy with the four bedder room provided for my family!
Review 3：1. They don't reply your e-mail though you have questions. 2. The staff don't speak English and fail to tell that they don't offer parking spaces. However, they will give you a map, which leads you to a giving parking lot. But the fee is really expensive.
Review 4：It is an older Japanese hotel. Clean. Relatively spacious in comparison to other Japanese hotels. Had space for our 2 large luggage. The bathroom was a little tight.

Review 8：The hotel is close to the Snow Festival location. There are also lots of restaurants and shops nearby in the covered walkway area that goes to the underground that connects Odori to Susukino station. There's a coin laundry! If traveling in a group, it might be better to take a cab from the Sapporo JR Station since it is cheaper and more convenient, especially if you have lots of heavy luggages. A subway ride for a person charges about 200yen, minimum. A cab ride from the hotel to Sapporo JR Station is about 800 yen. Also, quick check in and check out process.
Review 9：Location is good just one block next to Tanuki block 7 (eating and shopping area under the roof) and Odori Park and in walking distance to Tokyo Hands, Parco and Mitsukoshi for shopping variety. Room is so tiny with little smoking smell though non-smoking room. Most of the guests are Japanese, so staffs seems not to be efficient in English commnunication. Anyway all staffs are very pleased to help and give the best service to all guests covering from front desk until housekeepers.
Review 10：It hard to find this hotel first time because there is many APA hotel. if you have many luggage and you walk from JR station that is not a good idea. Lighting in room is too dark you need to open the curtain in a day.
