Reviews for Hacienda Jurica

Review 1:El servicio en recepcion es pobre. Los meseros lentos en el servicio. Los alimentos no alcanzan en bufete

Review 2:La Hacienda es hermosa. Los jardines, lugares comunes muy bonitos

Review 3:This is beyond the control of the hotel but in the part where my room was located I heard barking dogs all night and there were very noisy chickens (roosters who woke me up at 3:30 every morning. But I realize this is beyond the control of the hotel.

Review 4:The staff was polite and very helpful. I remember Manuel and Angel at the front desk as being great hospitality representatives. The restaurant serving staff were all polite and very helpful. The person preparing eggs at the omlette station was doing a great job. As always, a stay in a hotel comes down the the hotel staff. The staff at this hotel were wonderful

Review 5:I love the integration of modern facilities and comfort of a five star hotel in a Mexican colonnial hacienda. The location is privileged, as it lies just a few minutes away from Querétaro city center, in a nice & quiet neighbourhood. The Mexican breakfast buffet will not disappoint you!

Review 6:Slow wifi connection in the room. Wifi connection in lobby was better. Paid wifi, internet connection should be free of charge.

Review 7:Hacienda like style looks very nice. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Spacious shower.

Review 8:The quality of the bed and pillows, very poor. You can hear everithing from the hall and next door rooms. The food is plain bad. Doesn't inspire you to eat there. The price doesn't justify what you get.

Review 9:The place is pretty. The staff was nice.

Review 10:Unpolite staff not amused about a family Breakfast for children were not included! Extra cost per child with 110 MXN , that is bad

Review 11:Location Pool Play Garden

Review 12:Far away from everything

Review 13:Rustic Hotel

Review 14:Nothing

Review 15:Hotel has tremendous old world charm and amenities. Restaurant and bar are wonderful.

Review 16:no free wifi

Review 17:Gardens, space, interiors, music, food

Review 18:I wish I had a bathtub

Review 19:Facilities with their well kept trees and gardens Food Toiletries

Review 20:The soups were incredibly salty (and I like salt!!) and almost inedible because of this. Having no a la carte choice for breakfast is very annoying for those of us who don't want a lot of food - it was either the breakfast buffet or stay in your room and order from room service. There isn't that much selection on the lunch/dinner menu (it looks like a lot, but that's because the menu is in both Spanish and English.

Review 21:Everything except the meals. The pool, the facilities, the room, the staff - all were superb. Except the meals.

Review 22:I have a big complaint with Booking.com and/or the hotel chain's group managing internet bookings. When I reserved online, I got a clear confirmation that read: "100 percent of the first night will be charged the day of booking". This happened, and I could soon after see the charge in my credit card e-statement. When I arrived to the hotel a month after, I was told that I had not been charged at all, and that they had to charge again the first night. I accepted the (duplicate?) charge, as I couldn't produce a credit card statement at this point. Not a pleasant experience AT ALL! Anyhow, when I returned home and consulted the card e-statements, the charge for the first night didn't show any longer. Apparently what happened is that the cost of the first night was "blocked" temporarily from my credit card as a way to guarantee payment, but it appeared as a full charge on my statement. This must be communicated in a better way by both Booking.com and the hotel chain to avoid unpleasant confusions. Something else to improve: the lunch and dinner menu could offer more Mexican dishes!

Review 23:Historical colonnial architecture, modern comfort and location make this place unique. Highly recommended to tourists exploring Mexican colonnial cities. Nice and abundant Mexican breakfast buffet (only few other countries offer something similarly fresh and abundant for breakfast!)

Review 24:Hard mattress and pillows. It's like sleeping on the floor.Constantly making mistakes on the bill. They will include breakfast butthen charge you when you where not even there. My last trip they werenot even going to give me a receipt to see what I was paying.

Review 25:Beautiful old Hacienda, good food, nice pool
