Review 1：Traveled with out car, but not a problem, hotel staff drove us to fabulous restaurants nearby and back. Really excellent food. Wanted to stay longer, but closed for winter seaon.

Review 3：It is too close to the road, so if you sleep with opened window you hear the road noise. But the road is small and at night traffic is not to heavy. We traveled with baby and it was not very comfortable to get to the center because there is a part of road that are not suitable for walking with a baby stroller.

Review 4：Staff was very friendly! Room was very nice. We booked superior double room with lake view and we had a family room (room with 1 double bed on the 1st floor and 2 twin on the 2nd floor). View was even more beautiful than we expected.

Review 5：Exteremly pricy even outside season for an hotel that is just mediocre. Would just not go back. Still: it is in line with the unfortunate avarage quality of similarly priced hotels on the Garda lake.

Review 11：Fabulous location. Staff were approachable and friendly, only too willing to help with any query . Their English was excellent even though our Italian was non existant on arrival. Would definitely re visit. Torri in our opinion was the best location on the lake for us. Very pretty picture postcard harbour, castle, shops and bars

Review 12：Not easy to arrive by bus & no taxis available. The bus didn't stop & we had to walk a long way with our cases on the road as there is no pavement. Walk in to town too far in a hot evening on a very dusty track by the water So we had to eat in every night. Most guests had cars though. Hotel very kindly gave us a lift to the bus stop in Torre when we left though.

Review 16：Our room had a mezzanine level with extra beds and the air con was not really up to the size of the room it had to cool. Also it was limited to 20 degrees, however it was never able to get that low anyway.

Review 18：When I booked my stay I wrote 2 adult and 1 child of 10 years old. I payed the amount they asked 3 months before. When I arrived they asked 39 euro per night for my son which is not ok, as I was supposed to get the total amount at the booking for three. We didn't pay it though. The prices should be transparent - not a surprice.

Review 20：The exit from the hotel is quite tricky if you are driving and are travelling south, the road can be busy and difficult to see.

Review 21：The hotel overlooks the lake and mountains and has a fabulous view from the lake side rooms, a stunning view to wake up to. There is a good selection available at breakfast, there is something to suit everyone. The staff were very helpful and pointed out the best place to park in Verona. An excellent place to stay.

Review 22：The hotel was about a kilometre from the town and situated on the main road, the walk in was fine as it was day light but the walk back was dark and part of the route was on the main road. The dining room could do with a rethink, the tables were very regimented and a rearrangement would help, just turn a few and add a few plants, a little music and better lighting would make a world of difference. Watch out for the GPS if you are driving as we and other guests were caught out, as it took us down a very narrow and steep road which could have been avoided.

Review 23：We loved the room! Which must have been recently decorated, it looked very fresh and clean. There were two pools one indoors and one out, both looked lovely although we did't use them. We had both breakfast and ate at night a couple of times.

Review 28：Lack of attention to detail. Door to bathroom (room 103) dragged on floor making it almost impossible to close. This should have been fixed. Scuff marks from cases on walls. These could easily have been removed with a wet cloth.

Review 29：We like almost everything. The staff were jovial and professional, the breakfast were good and the rooms were clean. Location near main road was not a problem from us. Had no trouble sleeping with windows closed, shutters down and AC on. Torri del Benaco was within walking distance. 76-year old managed without complaint.

Review 50：We were swimming in the very nice indoor pool when there was a power cutand the emergency lighting did not come on! So we were in absolutedarkness in the basement of the hotel and had an exciting time gettingout, feeling for our towels on the loungers at the other end of the poolarea, down stone steps..... And then for the door and getting out. Itwas quite dangerous. We mentioned our experience to the staff and saidthat they need to check their emergency lighting regularly!!!

Review 51：Comfortable room with view of the lake. Friendly and relaxed staff overthis off season short stay - until we had torrential rain and a powercut lasting several hours, when they became slightly less relaxed! Butthey supplied candles, cooked on gas and fed us a very nice dinner.

They appearedrecently renovated and were very modern. The lake view was outstanding.You must get a lake view room. The hotel is a 10 minute stroll from thecentre of Torri and the walk is a beautiful one along the lakeside. Weenjoyed walking to and from there each day.
