Review 1：Everything other than location. It's a 4 star hotel with 1 star hotel facility. I don't complain about food usually but i would still say it was not you expect at a 4 star hotel.

Also location of this resort is really good. Rooms were clean and quite. Plus we saw awesome sunrise in the morning from our window :) so overall thumps up for this resort..

Review 19：Under man power even during the peak season of school holidays with only 1 staff at the check in & check out counter. Wrong informations were given about the theme park. Was a disappointmented stay especially with the children who expected more with an additional charges incurred in the theme park facilities even had paid an expensive enterance fees

Review 28：Very nice hotel with lovely staff. The hotel was under renovation while we were there which meant it was a bit noisy at times and certain facilities were impacted. The hotel is also a ten/fifteen minute drive from the main street/area. They provide a free shuttle bus to accomodate for this but I would recommend hiring a car for this island if you are going to be there a few days.

Review 47：We arrive back late. The power cut out! The very loud and noisy kitchen exaust fan did not go off until 2 am and back on at 5 am ! The toilet drains smell was disgusting. Management should have closed these rooms off in this run down hotel. No wonder they are trying to rebrand it!

They just told me the location but didn't even bother to ask if I need the shuttle service to send my son to the clinic/hospital. Instead, I have to drove all the way to town to look for Hospital Besar Langkawi on the roads without street lights.

Female. 3) only can use the unpaid wifi in lounge within night hours and they keep on changing the password which is annoying. 4) room facilities was really beyond of my mind I mean it s really poor. You feel you are staying at a 2-3 stars hotel. Very simple things iron bedframe and a repaired narrow toilet.

Review 124：When I first arrived I wasn't greeeted nicely and was not informed anything. I was told to have a look through the book if I wanted to know anything. The receptionist also told me wifi had to be paid for which I think is ridiculous considering it took 5 mins for the team to print a document with the code- not very eco friendly at all. Two days later a receptionist told me wi fi is free in the lounge area! They didn't tell me about anything that was going on or didn't seem bothered about looking after their customers.
