Reviews for Hotel Internazionale

Review 1:No air con though hotel info states otherwise. Had to sleep with terrace doors wide open and still sweated!

Review 2:Right next to the lake. Receptionist great, waiters no so! Nice swimming pool, but the lake was better!

Review 3:The view was excellent but the decor badly needs re doing

Review 4:Water in the swimming pool was too full of chlorine

Review 5:Wonderful view to the Lake Garda

Review 6:Very noisy from the road and other guests. Laundry deliveries at 5.30/6.00 am were also noisy. Air con was switched off at end of August and as we stayed in September when it was very hot and humid this was not good. Bathroom plumbing noisy from other rooms, fixtures and fittings worn out. Infestation of midgies and ants Very rigid dining times etc

Review 7:Its location and views over Lake Garda

Review 8:I would class this hotel as the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Weare frequent travellers and visit some European destinations every yearsince last 6 years, sometimes even twice a year. The hotel is classed as FOUR STAR, which is a PRACTICAL JOKE!!!!! This hotel should not be a ONE STAR hotel with its current facilities!! The rooms have got no air conditioning which makes the rooms very stuffy and the hotel staff advices you to OPEN your windows to sleep at night or TO WAIT FOR RAINFALL!!!! My wife was taken ill due to heat stroke from a 4 day stay at this hotel. They even gave us a dingy room with no lake view at first although we paid EXTRA MONEY to get one initially. The hotel staff refused that point blank and then were good enough to give me another room which met the criteria. However, it became so hot that every guest was suffering and the hotel had its A/C switched off for saving money (I guess)!! Unlike the hotel, I would say that the staff was friendly and tried to help within their limits. However this AWFUL hotel completely RUINED our holiday!!!
