Review 1：Rooms could be a bit nicer.

Review 2：Location, staff and bar area. Breakfast offers something for everyone, simple fruit through to fully cooked. Staff are great and friendly. Bar area is great place to work and relax.

Review 3：Windows are not very soundproof and when people left the bar /restaurant of the hotel and were loud on the street that woke us up a couple of times. The little shower gels were probably standing in the shower with the guests before and were sticky outside with hairs hanging on them. Overall we thought the hotel was apart from the location overpriced.

Review 4：The location near the dom is really good. Even though on weekends it might get a bit loud on the streets. The rooms are fine and rather modern.

Review 5：Bit noisy, cleaners and street noise. Communal areas a bit tired looking, broken toilet holder in room and damaged outside furniture.

Review 7：There are a few rooms in an annex; they are old wine cellars under the street, close to a canal. Romantic, rare; and yet I did not like it because it has very little day light. I suppose it is nicer in summer, with a little terrace outside.

Horrible-looking Scrambled-Eggs and no proper Egg-cups for Boiled Eggs. Bread was Poor Quality. 2*/5

Review 24：The location is great, right in the middle of old Utrecht and close to the train station. The room was spacious and had air conditioning. An excellent place to stay if you are planning to visit Amsterdam, a half hour away by train, much smaller crowds and about half the price of equivalent accommodation. Excellent restaurant.

Review 25：A bit of flexibility would have helped, when I requested for an extra bed I was told it was not allowed, the only option was to move to a more bigger room which was going to cost twice as much. Complemetery water bottle would have been nice.

Review 30：Just small details - no coffee/tea making facility in the room and the minibar is high in the cupboard with temperature that does not make the drinks much cold. But those are really minor tips for improvement, otherwise I was more than happy :) And well, the price is high for me but again I understand that this is a 4start hotel in great location. Maybe you could offer discount for single travellers or for more than one night stay? Anyway, I would definitely consider staying again (and compare the price with NH hotel and the other one next to the station).

Review 31：Clean, modern and very comfortable room and big bed with many pillows. Lot of space in the room, long desk, lot of storage space, big bathroom. Friendly reception staff. Free toilletries. Great location, just next to the Dom tower and church, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Good free wifi in the room, good airconditioning (you cannot open the window). I did not try the breakfast nor the restaurant so cannot review those.

Review 34：The Court hotel is in a fabulous location near the Dom Cathedral tower in the old town centre in Utrecht and has a lovely square with trees next door, where you can sit and have a drink and read your book, meet up with friends etc. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The hotel also has access to secure parking which I also found very useful .

Review 35：The shower had some mold in the corners. There was lots of dust in the room. Also the halls could have been vacuumed better.

Review 36：The hotel is right in the city center, it's a 10 min walk from central station. The evening view of the Dom is spectacular. Rooms are comfortable.

Review 37：No bad experience at all but not great. I've stayed at better three star hotels. The unfriendly reception person told me she was upgrading me but only because the rest of the hotel had yet to be cleaned. When I got off the elevator I thought I was on the wrong floor - like a basement where they keep the sheet trolleys but no, they keep the housecleaning sheets and towels lined up on trolleys next to the elevator. Not attractive. The hallway lights were out so finding my room was not easy. There were bleach stains on the purple carpet and dust pushed up against the brown bathroom walls. There was a spider in the shower. I hate to think what the room without an upgrade looked like.

Review 38：The bed is very soft but comfy. The hotel is nicely located a block from the center and a six minute walk from the train station.

Review 39：Air conditioning works only with the hotel card, i.e. when you arrive in the room it does not work. When I came back to the hotel in the evening the temperature in the room was 31C!

Review 40：Good location if what you need is the city centre. If you need to go (like I had to) somewhere in the suburbs it is somehow suboptimal as traffic in the city centre is very slow, i.e. every taxi ride takes much longer than the actual distance.

Review 45：The bed was a bit uncomfortable; the cleaning staff had to be asked to take items away (dirty glasses), provide clean glasses, provide toilet paper. Additionally, we were facing the back of the building so early morning and late into night, you could hear the noise from the kitchen--discarding bottles, clanking, etc. So had to keep windows closed during night--room gets stuffy.

Review 46：The room was large with great windows that fully opened. Lots of fresh air could be allowed in. They also have an excellent patio--very comfortable.

Review 49：then entire hotel looks like it was redone several years ago and at first looks very nice until you look a little closer. chipped walls, dirty elevate, hand prints. In our room, a carpet stain in the entrance in our room. corners in the bathroom (floors, shower and around the sink) were dirty. This place needs a deep clean and some touch ups.

Review 71：Very dirty, especially the bathrooms (hairs, black fungus around the showers, stained/sticky tails, etc). Not a four stars, does not have any of the services or the facilities (no lobby, no bathtubs, no pool or sauna, etc). If you insist on a bathtub they offer rooms in another building that does not have an elevator. Their main interest are the two busy, noisy restaurants on the ground floor. Coffee is just undrinkable.

Review 78：The service is not very good (the personal is not always very pleasant; one of the person at the reception was even rude). The room did not seem to have been thoroughly cleaned (the table was sticky, they were marks on the floor in the bathroom and the carpet could have been better vacuumed). There is absolutely nothing extra in the room (not a pen or a notebook, no tea or coffee). Finally, the hotel does not have any additional facility (such as a small gym).
