Review 1：A lovely apartment in an attractive farmhouse, with every comfort in the furnishings and the facilities. From the property there are views of both Spello and Assisi, but it is essential to have your own transport to access both.

Review 12：The family invited me to have dinner with them and I had the best experience speaking Italian and getting to know an Italian family and how they live on their agriturismo farm. I felt so welcomed by them.

Review 13：The owners were very welcoming. The lady of the house cooked very tasty cakes every morning, we even had fresh eggs from the farm for breakfast! The appartment was very clean.. Our 3 year old loved the animals in the farm, totally recommended, specially for families with young kids...

Review 14：Very much liked the property and accommodation in a delightful quiet location but easy reach of Assisi and Spellon . We were very well looked after during our stay there. Delightful hosts . Unfortunately we had three days of continuous heavy rain, gave up and moved on . Without that I am sure my score would have been a straight ten !

Review 17：This was the best apartment we stayed on our recent European trip. It was spacious, clean, with an excellent kitchen and a washing machine. The breakfasts were divine, with wonderful cakes, eggs, ham, cheese and jams. I wish I spoke Italian to converse with our lovely hostess. Her husband spoke excellent English and gave us advice about local attractions.

Review 18：Poor internet. Had to sit on front step to get it. Hard to communicate with wife but she is very nice and friendly. Dimly lighted place so hard to cook. I would recommend staying in town rather than so far away.

Review 19：Very nice couple. She doesn't speak English but his English is very good. She made us some delicious sweets and he gave us some eggs from his chickens and prosciutto from his pigs. We had a large apartment which was nice. It was a 10-15 minute drive to Spello which is a nice town.

Review 20：They were so welcoming . And even shared their meal and wine with us in the evening as we had thought they had a restuarant. When we left they gave us a bag of figs from their tree. What a fantastic couple. Definately go back. They also knew all the local info which helped as they wee very near assisi.

Review 23：Only 4 chairs for our party of 6 to eat around the table in the Girasole room. The master bedroom mattress is VERY firm, okay for some, I guess.

Review 24：Lovely hosts! She's an amazing baker, providing us with milk, coffee, fresh sweet breads and cakes for breakfast. He's a delightful farmer, happy to share stories. Although we mostly spoke Italian, he speaks English well. The Sunflower room loft was a terrific use of space and fun for the kids. They also loved all the space to play in the yard, and the farm dogs are great playmates. Other guests were friendly and generous, sharing a beer when we arrived parched. They were constructing a pool when we were there - can't wait to go back! Dinner at nearby Spello restaurant Il Vecchio Opificio was the best dining experience in our 3 weeks in Italy! Highly recommended!!!

We stayed 3 nights, but given the amenities and location we could have comfortably a week. Wifi worked well
