Review 1：The air conditioner was blowing straight in the face. The place is a bit run down, but clean, so it is OK.
Review 2：The restaurant has a large choice of dishes, the food is excellent and cheap. It is a restaurant that is well-known among the locals for good food at a good price. The staff in the restaurant and in the hotel were really friendly.

Review 26：Road noise, small room. A five-floor hotel without lift. No parkingoutside the hotel to unload your bags. We had closed all the timethe blinds because people circulated in the common balcony of threerooms in a row.

Review 28：Staff was friendly and helpful. Only a few speak English and they helped us arrange public bus to Rila Monastery. Room was very clean. The food at the cafe was delicious! Order one meal and split with someone because the portions are very large!
Review 29：Although close to the bus station, any "town" to include restaurants is a long walk away. The personnel who work reception were rather unwelcoming and not at all friendly. The shower is a "wet shower" which is somewhat standard in a lot of Eastern European countries. It means the bathroom floor is always a mess. However, in this bathroom, the commode also leaked which made the bathroom really "icky"!
Review 30：The location of this hotel is very good for people arriving on a bus but more signs BETWEEN the bus station and the hotel would have been helpful. After having a bit of trouble, we saw some signs on the other side of the bus station. The internet worked very well. We ate dinner one night in the hotel restaurant and it was quite tasty.
