Review 1：Nothing that I did not like

Review 2：I like the location as it was close to places to visit and explore Seoul and so convenient to have airport bus stop right at the hotel.

Review 3：The excellent location as the airport shuttle stops exactly at the main hotel entrance. Also the main city attractions are within walking distances .The tourist information centre and the hop on hop off bus is also very close.

Review 4：The hotel it self is very old, historical. There were some reviews regarding the furniture and design but we didn't have any particular issues about it as it was more classic than old.

Review 5：The location of the hotel was excellent. There is a limousine bus from incheon airport which stops right outside the hotel. 1min from the hotel you can find the seoul touristic bus. There are two metro stations infront of the hotel which offers great access to the city center.The room was clean, larger than we thought and we were happy with the service.

Review 6：At breakfast there were about 6 waiting staff but hardly did any thing but just stood there and did nothing. I wish they could clear some dishes from the table but they let the dishes piled up. I can handle the firm bed any time but the bed was too hard and when I wake up in the morning my body was aching every where.

Review 7：We stayed at the business twin rooms and I liked the size and the appointment of the room.

Review 8：The carpet in the room was in bad shape, many black marks. Furniture and TV needs upgrading . Overall room rent is bit pricey for state of the room and amenities. No sugar and coffee provided.

Review 10：Friendly staffs with high efficiency and great help. Pretty close to some shopping centers. Views outside are awesome: some modern constructions and important sights. Plus, there's a police office right next to the building which increase the sense of security.

Review 11：Very poor internet connection. I was not able to have internet connection to my laptop for work. because of this I had to use internet service by computer company and use lots of money. But short after, I also was not able to get any internet connection again. Very critical with this point and I will not return unless hotel provide a strong internet connection.

Review 13：Restaurant close so early. At least 24 hours coffee shop should be there. No ironing board or press provided in room. One big bottle of complementary bottle of water should be provided or there should be vending machine to get water. Breakfast should be included in the room rent .

Review 34：I've been at akoreana eralier and my stay has been ok. This time i booked with a special offer rate, but the room was not that good, bad smell, not that clean, very old floor. I had a lunch in the resturant in the hotel, and it was in line at all with was i paid food purerly test less, would have been better to had it in one of the so many resturants in the street closed to the hotel. I'm not sure I will book koreana again

Review 35：arrived at 12.30 for 6 nights and told I would have to come back at 3.00 and there was nowhere to leave cases. After 5 minutes returned to reception and got a room allocated.

As to bed comfort,our room had a double and a single,the single was very firm, too much for me,but I found the double a supportive medium. Tea kettle in room with some tea bags (bring your own instant coffee). We were next door to a palace museum ( closed on Mon) which we could have visited and nearby side streets had variety of small eating places.didnt venture on to the metro for shopping centre, needed a bit longer for that.

Review 64：Every time I would step away from my iPad for more than a few minutes, I would have to relig in. In fact I would often be in the midst of watching something and would be required to log in. For some reason I had thought there were in-room laundry facilities - there were not. Since my visit coincided with the Chuseok holiday, when the hotel's staff were not doing laundry, I ended up having to wash a week's worth of clothes in the huge tub. I never ate in the hotel, since everything was way too expensive, though I did stop every morning at the hotel's pastry shop, where day-old pastry were sold half off.

Review 65：The location was excellent, making jaunts to Cheongyecheong Stream, Namdaemun, Myeongdong, and the palaces so easy, and there were two nearby subway stops. The room itself was elegant, and the bathroom was luxurious, especially the heated toilet seat!

Ive stayed at 3 that had this issue. This one is no exception but the rest of the room including bedding and towels are all spotless.

Airport limousine bus service is just at the hotel door and you can buy the ticket from the reception. 1 min walk to the Seoul attractions bus tour stop & ticket office, which is the hop on, hop off your for $12 (there are other ones available for $15 and $22 as well). Easy walk to all central city attractions if you prefer to go by foot. One of the palaces is only 2min walk away. Fantastic location all round! The hotel is excellent. Loved the room with a comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, kettle, fridge, slippers and a nice big TV. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices. Really liked the free use of safe deposit boxes downstairs, fast wi fi and that they were able to check me in at 1:50pm even though standard time is 3pm. Staff are extremely helpful. Offered to put my bag into luggage room the moment I arrived and were very attentive.

Review 72：Pillows were a little soft so I had to stack them when sleeping however there were 4 pillows in the one bedroom. There were some markings on the wall and the carpet had some stains but not a big deal. The main issue was that I could hear people in the hallways if they talked loudly and unfortunately it occurred early in the morning (mostly from chinese guests).
