Review 1：No breakfast and property looks bettter taken care of on pictures.
Review 2：Daniela was very helpful and available to receive us and to all requests we had.
Review 3：1) The lady serving breakfast was really eager to send us back to our room - checking time and nodding her head all the time because we were 5 mins late. Other staff was really friendly and helpful. 2) If you plan a long biking tour then do not rely on the bicycles that the hotel provides - they are very old and simple (ok to go to Spello or ride around but not longer). There are good bike rentals in the city.
Review 4：This is a great villa/B&B/hotel. It is located in the countryside, but very close to Spello (15min by bike); surrounded by nature. Old medieval tower right on the premises. The most stylish furniture I've ever seen. Good food (both dinner and breakfast).
