Review 1：The beds were small and uncomfortable and the street noise kept is up until after 3am. I wish we would have splurged and spent a little more for a more comfortable hotel. I would not stay there again

Review 3：The onsite restaurant was difficult to locate and the food (breakfast) was nothing to write home about. However the decor was very modern and pleasant. The pillows were too flimsy, but we had no trouble getting extras.

Review 4：First trip to Queretaro, so we didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with the historic district and the Centro 19 was a few blocks to everything. The staff was very pleasant and eager to give suggestions or instructions. Most spoke at least a little English. Room was clean and simple. Bed was comfortable. We didn't get to spend much time (2 days) but the city was very clean and colorful, particularly in the historic area. The central plaza and shops are great and something is always happening. If you have a car or take a reasonably placed trolley tour, you can see the remains of the ancient aquaduct on beautiful arches about 20 feet tall.

We also loved its location!!! All attractions were within walking distance!! Right in the heart of downtown Querétaro... could not have asked for more!!!!

Review 26：The bed was too firm for my taste. They want you to be green and reuse towels, but they don't provide any towel bars to hang them. Two of our nights sleep were ruined by other noisy guests (youth soccer teams with inadequate supervision) but I can't really blame the hotel for that.

Review 27：Excellent location. Free parking valet service. When the junior suite I booked through booking.com was not available they substituted an additional room for free for our remaining 5 nights--no small sacrifice, since it was a national vacation week and holy week. They were full and would have had no problem filling the room with a paying customer. Staff was courteous and helpful, although we were glad to have our daughter (who speaks fluent Spanish) with us as interpreter.
