Review 1：The poor condition of the room. No kettle even we had been asked several times. Aircond not functioning well. The room cleanliness poor because the floor and the bed are so dusty.

Review 5：Well, just minor things like, we didnt get our free mineral water when checking in. The hotel room only gave 1 pillow for each bed and you are only allowed 1 more additional pillow. You'll be charged if you want more than that.
Review 6：The location is fantastic. Managed to get the room overlooking the beach. Couldn't ask for anything more when u are able to wake up every morning to a beach view. It is located right smack in the middle of Cenang. Shops and restaurants are plenty to choose from. All in all. Love it.

Review 12：We've had a nice spacious room with tv, fridge and safe at the 3.floor facing the seeside. So beautiful view down to the nice big pool. They cleaned every day but not european standard of course, it was ok though for the price.

Review 15：Very dirty, our room wasn't cleaned when we checked in, we took "family deluxe" - it was too small!!! Wi-fi is not working in the rooms. Also, actually all rooms are the same, small, they just call it differently and make different rates. We should have lived on the highest floor, but when checking in, they said they are fully booked and changed the room to "same category" on ground floor... But for this price may be its ok...

Review 17：The staff is unfriendly, we had 2 separate bookings for 4 nights. We tried to explain this to the staff, but they made us check out between the two bookings. Which resulted in us not having a room for 4 hours only to check in again. Also, we were put in the family hallway, al lot of kids that keep screaming and yelling is not what we were expecting.

Review 21：No private/reserved parking for guests. It's so difficult to get a space along the busiest street. Extra pillow restricted to 1 per room regardless a double room or a family suit of 4 you have. No sense of flexibility. Same for the complimentary mineral water, given 2 bottles only when we have a family room of 4! Foot towel will only be given on request. Remember to bring your own toothpaste and brush of coz. No handshower fitted , difficult to give a shower to infant and young kids.

Back off the beach, new building works are happening on property all day, so it can be dangerous stepping over big equipment, and not a very nice environment to be in. Very little facilities on site. Cleaning in rooms and common area should have been better. Beach sports staff are not trained in some of the sports they offer e.g. paragliding - they seem to be only interested in the booking, so beware booking with Baron, or you will take your life in your hands!

Made request to modify check in date for one of room, unfortunately the Resort did not receive the modification made. Luckily upon checking with your Customer Service Center and after forwarding modification emails I received then only the Resort accomodate me with the room.
Review 36：Rooms/bathrooms clean with amenities provided. Walking distance to the beach and water sports activities. Friendly beach boys handling water sports activities and resort staffs. Walking distance to Cenang tourist shopping area and hangouts.

Review 40：What I like best was the initiative of the house-cleaner who took the effort to make-up my room which I have forgotten to request for that service when I left for the cable-car ride that morning. It was very refreshing to see a well prepared, replenished and cleaned room when my family returned that evening after a sweaty and tired day. Also, I must thanks the Cleaner for the extra towel. Thank you so much.
Review 41：the air-con not as cool as i would like so just be patient. cost 30rm from jetty to hotel or to cable cab or to anywhere is 30rm. (not hotel fault) due to location the price is great otherwise the overall quality of the furniture can be improved.
Review 42：2 mins walk to cenang beach 2 mins walk to the main street for food and taxi and 7-Eleven level 1 with nice view and quiet environment kind staff the packaged booking for Mangrove tour was 80rm compared to 90rm for non guests. the tour was extremely easy to book (need to hotel reception) and professional tour.

Review 49：Beach sand stuck to sandals/slippers/ shoes. Need to have faucets near entrance or stairs. Vehicle parking is a major problem. Need to figure that out. Water trap in the bathroom clogged by "organic human waste". Need to work on the plumbing and organic waste disposal. But problem was rectified by maintenance staff the same day.

Well it's expected since the resort is not a five star resort, but i think, being friendly, always smiling, more attentive, interact with guests don't cost anything, but it'll surely make my stay more memorable.Imagine a budget hotel with a five star smiling staff!

Review 53：Staff was overwhelmed with big group check-in. The amenities in the room was mediocre. Request for extra towels were chargeable at MYR5.00. The other guest staying above our floor was noisy and caused us having insufficient sleep from 3am onwards.

Review 59：We have booked different rooms since we were a group of 9 friends and one of the rooms was located in a totally different complex on the other side of the road, when we tried to change to a room in the same complex, although wiling to pay the extra amount for the room it was hard to do it specially due to communication issues. The staff is not really helpfull and the internet connection is really bad. The rooms could be cleaner specially since it´s a beach hotel so there is usually sand in the rooms and towels are often forgotten to replace. Keep in mind to bring adapters if you are coming from europe.

Carry our things and children's, it was very disappointing. And staff's are very bad, not friendly and not helpful at all. I had called 4-5times ask to repair my room light, but no one came till i check out. Their answer ok i will send someone but no one turn up.

Cleanliness was an issue and during our stay there was no functional internet at all. I was told by the receptionist lady to try to get internet from the lobby of the hotel next door.
