Review 1：It was very noisy. We could hear cars doing burn outs until the early hours of the morning. Other guests were wondering in late and slamming doors. Decor was dated and the rooms are small. It smelt old and musty.

Review 3：We were very impressed with everything at this motel. The friendly staff, the ease of very late night check in and the flexibility with our time of check out. The cleanliness was impeccable and the shower pressure was AWESOME! We will definitely stay here again.

Review 4：Had a room with a double bed and two singles.... Got three pillows and two towels. I've seen truck stops cleaner than the bathroom..... ALLLLLL night we had people smashing glass outside our room, having domestics and yelling.

Review 6：Hated the bed. My partner and I kept rolling in to the middle unless we hung on to the sides. Also the pillows were too flat, couldn't even lie in bed and watch tv they were so flat.

Review 8：My room 109 outside reception was noisy in the morning from 7am onward, with cleaners talking to each other customers handing in keys and getting directions. No air as the only window that opened was in the bathroom.

Review 10：Room smelt very musty had to go to supermarket to buy air freshener as the one they used didn't work. This has really impacted on any future stays at this motel.

Review 12：Smell of cigarette smoke drifting in all the time - the manager smoked right outside the reception and it's hard to avoid that. Lots of road noise, lots of light coming in the windows - curtains were not up to spec.

Review 15：Easy to check in and the lady was accommodating because I had less in my account than I thought so she took a mixture of cash and card.

Review 16：It was a Friday night and there was a little noise out in the street, but given it was in the middle of town it was forgivable. Walls a little thin and next door television could be heard. These are only minor.

Review 17：Location, centre of Goulburn. Hearing the church bells. Italian Restaurant on site. We arrived a little early and our room wasn't ready, reception adapted and changed our room to one that was, all with a smile. The fresh milk was a bonus as well.

Review 24：It's central and close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. Even though the place is outdated, it's clean and provides all that we needed. The shower is terrific! Hot and strong. We were there on a Saturday night and weren't disturbed by traffic noise as complained about in other reviews.

Review 32：This was a last minute booking for a over night stay whilst travelling south, it has a bed to sleep in, limited coffee facilities and that's about it. Being in the main centre of town there is trucks passing by all night. Arriving just before 10pm we were forced to park down the street (where our car which is lest than 3 months old was keyed) as there is not enough car spaces for all the rooms. Unfortunately on the night we stayed there was some unruly guests that were drunk and swearing for about 2 hours (over lack of essentials in their room) just after midnight the police were called and they were going to remove him on but management said that he could stay if he kept it down. If none of these annoy you please stay here, if you are questioning any of them trust me and stay somewhere else.

Then there was the noise from the street - with drag racing and hooligans all night. We also had some less than savoury guests sharing the hotel with us - so as a young family, I did feel a little uneasy. If you're a single traveller and just stopping by - this hotel would be fine. But I don't necessarily recommend it for people with small children.

Review 68：the proximity to the town is great - there is a great pub across the road with excellent food. The staff were friendly and provided a baby bed for us.

The bathroom is OLD and the toilet roll holder is 5" from the floor (why?). The upstairs restaurant located at the hotel requires people to walk past people's room's, if you have kids do not have an upstairs room it's very noisy.

Review 87：I requested a late checkout and it was confirmed via emails and also a callback from the motel. I had cleaners knocking on my door at 10 am and again 10.45 whilst I was in the shower. Not just knocking on the door but trying to gain entry. It was fortunate I had the chain on. Seems to be a lack of communication from desk staff to cleaning staff.

Review 111：The "free Wi-Fi" was free but glacially slow - almost useless. We stayed in the middle of winter, but the room was that hot that we kicked all the covers but the sheet off the bed. Apparently there was a knob on a heater that we could have adjusted, but it was hidden away and there were no instructions in the compendium on how it worked. I ordered my breakfast with toast - the toast didn't turn up with the meal. I ordered coffee with breakfast (which was contracted out to the adjacent Italian restaurant, so I expected a great cup of coffee). As it turned out coffee was a pot of hot water and a Nescafe Blend 43 sachet sitting in a cup waiting for me to add my labour. This was the same sachet that was in my room for free and I was charged for coffee with my breakfast. Did I say never again? I sure did!

Review 113：For the price we paid for a deluxe room we expected more than what is normally in a budget room. No value for money. There was no mention or brochures of the fantastic Italian restaurant on site, and very little information at all about anything in Goulburn.

Review 115：The only thing I got stuck with was I had a 12 month old who required a bottle at 3am and one before initial bed at 7.30pm and food I had prepared for him on this trip that I couldn't hear from my room because there was no microwave. Apart from that everything was great and the staff assisted me the second night by allowing me to use the microwave in the staff room.
