Review 1：Small room, but it's no problem when you're just there for one night before/after the airport.

Front pannel falls down when you try to turn the air con. There is no sheet to cover yourself under the blanket which is not washed for every use. You have to pay for additional sheet! However we solved this by exchange of dirty blanket for clean white sheet. Towels are so old it had holes Fungi in the bathroom, very old appliances there

The location is close to settlers that you could hear their voices talking from downstairs all night long that theyre kinda having a drinking spree. Their record of reservation is not updated because the supervisor questioned us the next morning that we haw cancelled it when in fact we rebooked another which is double instead of the twin

Review 35：The staff, while moderately courteous, some of them had no idea when weasked how to go from here to our destination, which was Malapascua. Itwas very odd for us, since in all our previous vacations, receptionistsare always able to tell us how we can go to local destinations.Also, one of the reasons I chose this place was because I distinctly remember reading that I can check in anytime. Our flight arrives at 8AM, a few hours before the usual check in time, so I was happy about it. It turns out that I can check in early--at a fee. I don't mind paying, I just want this to be clear before I made my reservation. I might have made a different decision where we will stay if I knew there would be an additional fee.

We asked the front desk for a taxi overheard "not again?! I just got out to get a taxi awhile ago. It is soo tiring". 3. Cleaning or fixing the room. It was our 1st time to experienced that we need to inform the frontdesk that we want our room to be fixed. If that is their policy, then they could have informed us ahead. 4. Comfort room- i think they should put pail inside or a dipper coz not everybody is used to using toilet paper.

Cebu Pacific closes the door of a departing localflight 45 minutes before it leaves. The Cebu Pacific clerk took his timeissuing my boarding pass . . . and then informed me that the door of theplane was closed 45 minutes before departure. It cost me ₱3942 to get alater flight. Hotel front desk staff suck. Cebu Pacific clerk sucks.

I went down to the desk and she had itright there but only heaven knows what she was doing with it. It cost meabout 10 minutes of worrying and searching all my things, which thenkept the cab driver waiting also. Wifi signal strength is minimal on theupper floors.

We wanted to go to Cebu City but was advised not to as it wasn't safe according to the guard. The rooms were good enough for 3 people. Very clean with some bath foam, bath soap and tooth brush. I don't remember seeing toothpaste. Took us P134 airport taxi ride from airport to hotel.
Review 73：I can see that at night it can feel a bit scary for people to wander around as its dark and not a developed area. think maybe you have to take a cab to get to a proper restaurant.

Another thing was I felt a bit of rudeness with the woman there at the front desk during our check out time because I couldn't understand why she said that she couldn't refund the remaining days which I have no idea what she meant. Then I realize it was their mistake that they jotted down the wrong check-out date. When confronted her about it, she apologized. Anyway, I just known her once but the rest of the staff were very friendly especially the security guard.
Review 111：I like the staff in the sense of attending the guest. They made us feel comfortable. During our stay, we enjoyed every part of it.
Review 112：Wifi was pretty bad, first day shower head was cracked, water went everywhere. Tv didn't work properly, the bed only has a musty blanket no top sheet. Very noisy - aircon seems to let in lots of outdoor noise & across the road from a junkyard full of goats. The worst was that they didn't turn down the room or give us fresh towels or toilet paper our entire 3-night stay.

We only stayed there because we arrived quite late at the airport and transferred to Malapascua island straight away the next day, it's convenient and great value for money, not somewhere you stay because of the charm of the hotel.

Ok mam, I ask Frontoffice if they want to reset the router for the internet. Pfffffffffffffff,.... Definitly I DO NOT recommand this hotel. The staff is more interested in their own phone, appearantly not interested in the troubles of the internet connection. Anno 2014, you aspect a proper internet connection. and don't advertise you have "cable tv",... In a way you have if you want to see half faces,...... And airport shuttle? Pffff,... noooo! They meant public taxi's,..... The time I wrote this,... Still no internet.

Review 119：There is an air condition of some sort that vibrate the entire room. It was a nightmare, we had to switch 2 rooms during the night, they all vibrate. No one speaks English there, and it was very hard to communicate. There area around the hotel looks really scary

Review 123：My girlfriend and I have stayed at the Express Inn several times over the last three years. It’s a small, budget hotel with no frills. I found it to be clean and the staff polite and friendly. Express Inn has a restaurant, which serve good food at reasonable prices. The only poor thing I come across (same every time) is the beer is cold but not chilled, so I tend to eat out where the beer is chilled. It’s about Peso 100 ride to the airport and other amenities, such as a department store, supermarkets, MacDonalds and various small restaurants are all within a 15 minute walk. A nice place and good value for money. I would use it again. Cheers and thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay.
Review 124：The location is terrible!!! All slums around and a cemetery across the road...No tricycles in that area, and taxi drivers do not know the location either. The only little window in the room was not transpernt so you still feel like in a box. The noisy aircon blows exactly on your head when you sleep, but it's the only source of air in the room, so no way to switch it off. No toilet paper. The "desk" was so much leaning down so I had to be creative not to let things slide down onto the floor. No chair for the desk, you are supposed to sit on the bed and catch the sliding plates while eating. The "mushroom soup" at the restaurant was an instant one, i even found pieces of unmelted powder. No vegetarian options for breakfast, only tea/coffee.
Review 125：The staff was really friendly, but most Philippine people are too, so you will not lose much if choose another place to stay. The room was clean and the price is low enough not to complain too much. No insects found. They provide towels, soap and a teeth care pack. Wifi was slow but stable, also in the room (voice-only skype call was fine, but don't even hope for videocalls). Close enough to the airport, about 10 min. drive...but there are still hotels closer.

Review 133：The location is quite difficult to find, even for the taxi drivers. Actually, it is situated beside the Lapu-Lapu public cemetery!
Review 134：For internet rates, it is among the cheapest available in Cebu. It is also quite near the airport. It takes about 15 minutes only and costs 100 pesos to get there by taxi. To go to Cebu city, catch a trike for 8 pesos to the jetty and the ferry ride costs 14 pesos. Time taken to get to Pier 3 is about 20 minutes.

Review 138：Almost everything, in particular the good location that is accessible to the ferry boat to Cebu City which cost only 30 pesos return. It is also well located to visit the Taoist Temple using Jeepney No 17B and connecting with a motor-cab that only cost 56 pesos return. Nothing dangerous at all.
Review 139：My room was at the end of the wing and wifi was 1 bar or nothing. The dripping of water on the drip pan of the aircon created a constant loud sound that was annoying and difficult to get over with in my sleep.

Review 141：The location was off, passing through the squatter area of the city. It was practically in the center of a depressed area. The street was narrow. The taxi have to stop to let the other vehicle pass thru. I let the time pass away for the night for I fear a hold-up might happen to me on the streets once I took time to the mall. The location was not suited for the hotel................... The bathroom was very small, I could hardly flex my arm for a soap rub. There's no bidet, toilet paper, toilet door mat or rag to wipe off wet feet, no drinking glass available. I have to sit on the table for the lap-tap operation. The other outlet had no electricity. The shower don't function right. Water coming from the shower were in different direction and some holes are clogged.
Review 142：Wi-fi was good and at fast speed. Food was deliciously ok.
Review 143：There was a gecko in the room. We didn't bother to tell the receptionist because we were really tired that night, and our flight would be at 5am. Also, the ceiling in room 302 is dirty.
Review 144：I asked the staff if they could refrigerate the sylvanas I bought from La Marea, and they were ok with it. Also, my fiance asked if we could use the newspaper [to wrap the danggit] on the front desk, and the receptionist gladly gave it to us.
