Review 1：Breakfast. Very poor breakfast. Hotel's location.Not the ideal one!
Review 2：Punctuality.The shuttle service was in time for both, from and to the airport. Staff was really happy and helpful too.
Review 3：Unhelpful receptionist who said it was not possible to arrange for a transfer to the airport despite it being advertised on their website. Eventually, he sorted it but we had to tell him what to do. It probably get a 4* because it had TV, airco and a swimming pool, not because of the 4* service. Decor is dated.
Review 4：Large room and bathroom. It is a functional but not a destination hotel. For example when you need a place to stay between connecting flight it is a good solution. Good restaurant and nice breakfast. Waiter was very helpful.
Review 5：The location is on a busy road, but that is a very minor consideration and there was no real traffic noise ot speak of.

Review 7：I was a very late arrival (1 am) and although we had to knock a few times the staff were most courteous and helpful. Breakfasts were good and lunch/dinner superb, especially when taken by the pool.

Review 12：Advertisement of this Hotel mention shuttle service, however, add another 100 000 ar for a one way trip to or from the airport. Very poor breakfast, maybe if you are a visitor from the East, Meatballs and noodles....egg is available, but at additional charge. WiFi is...lets just say extremely slow. For the same price you can stay at a better maybe even 5 star hotel in a better location in Antananarivo. I was very disappointed to say the least! Even the bath towels and old stains on them

Review 21：They allowed smoking in the bar/restaurant area, so I had to eat in my room to get away from it, but it was not a big deal.
Review 22：The staff was wonderful: upon check in, the receptionist took me to 3 different rooms so that I could choose which one best suited my needs. She also let me borrow her own laptop to check email! My room was very spacious and most importantly, the air conditioning was excellent. Overall, I was very impressed.
