Hotel Livemax Atami sells fast on our site. Located right at Atami Sea, Livemax Resort Atami offers hot spring baths, Japanese-style and Western rooms and karaoke. Facilities include a launderette, drinks vending machines and a restaurant.

Japanese-style rooms have a tatami (woven-straw) floor, a low table with seating cushions and traditional futon bedding, while Western rooms offer beds. All rooms are fitted with an LCD TV, free WiFi and an en suite bathroom. Yukata robes and a fridge are provided.

Review 1：The constant smell of cigarett coming through the airvent in the toilet. The room is so hot and makes it so uncomfortable. Eventhough, there is an aircon unit in the room, it can't be adjusted as it is centrally controlled. Shower is reasonably comfortable. The onsen facility is reasonably nice. The hotel serve a set Japanese breakfast, it wasn't suppose to be a cold meal but it was cold when it was served. We asked for a glass of plain milk for our 6 years old son and was refused. That was a bit odd. Too expensive for what it has to offer.
Review 2：The location is right on the bay but the bay itself is not much. Walking distant to restaurants and shops but again, there is not much in the area where the hotel is.
Review 3：The restaurant did not seem too exciting, but I didn't try the dinner. Japanese-style breakfast was fine. Be warned that there is NO elevator from the street level to the lobby, but of course they will help you carry your bags if you ask.
Review 4：Good location - near the ocean and the dock to Hatsushima, nice restaurants nearby. ROOFTOP ROTENBURO (BATH)! The other onsen was nice too, and the Japanese-style room was perfectly nice. Small hotel with a clean and modern feel.
