Review 5：We got the old wing motel, staying at the third floor. There is no lift. Glad we only had our backpacks. The room was 'okay'. The floor was sandy when we entered the room. No bathroom floor towel to wipe our feet. Its room amenities is minimal. At least, im glad there is a minifridge. As we are staying at the third floor, we had a hard time getting some sleep due to the loud live karaoke every night which ended around just after midnight. We had to bear four nights of noise. Got used to it on the third night.

The first day i tried to use phone to ask wifi password and realize the phone not even connected to wire cable, have to go downstairs lobby to ask. Quite noisy on the 3rd floor as my room is facing the road. Better ask to stay on 4th, 5th or 6th floor to have good sea view.
Review 10：Room and bathroom is big and have a lot of space to move, i love the shower design. Have big mirrors everywhere. The location is happening as surrounded by many shops, and food stalls. Next to Chenang Mall and near the beach across the road. Have mini refrigerator.

My room was at bew wing (facing Cenang main road).They did not disclose there is two blocks, new wing(facing the road), old wing(facing the sea). The management should advertise the proper picture so guest dont get confused during booking. The room was clean. Air-Cond was super dusty.Hot water was alright but gets just warm after 12minutes.

Review 33：We were two family members travelling to Langkawi and they gave us connected rooms which was considerate. The facilities were good cosiderong it's a budget accommodation. The staff are courteous and friendly. Also they have various activities to do in langkawi at good price which worked for us. All in all a good experience staying there.

Review 41：The location of the hotel in Cenang Pantai is very good. However, we were not aware that we booked on the other side of the street, e.g. not directly at the beach. This was not clear while booking. Furthermore the rooms are spatious and the beds are comfortable.

Half way of sleeping, i catch bug crawling at my face!! Cleanliness is the most important criteria every hotel/motel should have!

Review 54：We requested for iron and ironing board but the receptionist said there's iron and ironing board at the corridor of our room level. Not even an ironing room, but right in front of one of the rooms on the level. I was very uncomfortable because people was getting out from their rooms and saw me ironing there. For me, it would be better if they have an ironing room or if we could just borrow the iron from the housekeeping.

Review 59：It was disgusting. The entire hotel smelled like smoke and wet carpet and the bedding and towels were filthy. Very minimal toiletries and the staff didnt really care about my concerns. Ignored request to change bedding and rooms and didnt question why i checked out 2 days early nor try to resolve any problems.

Its along the street of many restaurants, shops and close by the duty free mall and cenang mall is just across the street. Beach was a 1 minute walk from the chalet. The new wing of Langgura Baron is across the street, and I would recommend staying at a higher floor if you want the seaview. The guy at the reception who checked us in was friendly and no complains. The room itself was spacious, with a bathtub and hot shower. Limited TV channels but who cares. Probably the only minor dissatisfaction is that the hot water in the evening was not hot enough (it was cold due to the non stop rain) and water was just luke warm but damn hot in the morning though. Probably a pressure problem but really it's not a big deal. For rm180 a night, it would have been nice if there was breakfast served (it is quite pricey) if compared to some other chalets, then again there are plenty of eateries just a few minutes of walk away. I would recommend Rafii's which is a cute little place right smack on the beach, you could sit on their long chairs with cold beers watching the sunset and there was a guy who played the guitar as well :) Overall, nothing to complain about. Despite the mixed reviews here, it was a pleasant stay.

Thefirst room we were given hadn't been cleaned; the bed the unmade andthe bathroom had some sort of powder settled all over the counter (as ifconstruction drilling had been done...?) When I went back to the frontdesk to complaint the room wasn't ready, there was no apology andthe staff asked for me to show them to prove it. The second room we weregiven (again, no apology offered) was not much better. The walls werepaper thin, and we could hear the girls next door all night long.When I tried calling the front desk to ask the wifi password, they hung up on me 5 times in a row. I charged my phone on the carpet, and when i picked it up, there were small bugs crawling on my phone.
