Review 1：quiet, comfortable, clean and we slept well. Breakfast was great - including fresh fruit, cereals or a lovely cooked breakfast along with helpful and smiling people to assist us.
Review 2：The TV going off station during a realy good film. Though the room was clean and well appointed, the motel generally just looked 'tired'.....perhaps a coat of paint, better door locks etc.

Review 6：Very clean, friendly staff, the hotel had gone above what was required and provided many nice touches... loads of toilet paper, extra towels, free bottled water. I really enjoyed my stay.
Review 7：Breakfast staff were rude and despite filling in the form the night before they weren't expecting us. Waitress tried to make us order before we even sat down, while I was standing in the middle of the room holding an infant, and it seemed like everything was just too much trouble for them. Food was disappointing anyway so eat elsewhere!

Review 9：We rang a couple of days beforehand to comfirm we have 5 staying in our room, and we were advised this would not be a problem as they could make up the sofa bed. Despite this, it was not done and we did not realise until too late at night.

Review 11：However, there was no gluten free bread available with the complimentary entre during dinner and I needed gluten free due to having coeliac disease. And the menu in the room was not up to date with what was in the restaurant. We also got charged for our drinks when we were told they were complimentary when we booked.

Review 29：The restaurant was fabulous. The food and staff at dinner and breakfast. We could not fault the entire stay. The bed and sofa were comfortable, the TV great and wifi fast. The breakfast was delicious....very well cooked and a great variety.

Review 37：Breakfast host person on 8th June. She was rude and did not help us at all. As I said we were late to checked in and we were not aware that we have to order breakfast into our room following day before 9.00 pm. We were not able to go into the restaurant and have our breakfast because of our son and he is only 2 years old. I explained the situation but breakfast host or the chef was very bad and did not offer breakfast into our room. Breakfast is already included in my room charges and it was a waste of money. Because of this matter I will not recommend any of my friends or work colleagues to go into this restaurant.

Review 50：My overnight stay in Horsham was primarily for business and location in town was my first priority. I was pleased to get a first floor room overlooking the pool and not the car park. The rooms were very comfortable neat and clean with everything you need and would expect to have in a holiday resort room. Bistro Breakfast was continental and/or hot for the extra $$ well worth it. Plentiful selection I wasn't disappointed. Staff were very accommodating and professional. Disappointed my stay was short as I didn't get a chance to dine in the restaurant or use neighbouring aquatic centre facility which is complimentary to guests but what a great asset to have in the accommodation package. Well done.
