Review 1：The slope down from the station to the hotel is rather steep and tiring to climb especially if you are carrying luggage and when it rains. There are free shuttle bus services but they are only available in the morning.

Review 2：Rooms were large and spacious. The staff were very helpful. I asked a staff about the title of a song that I overhead over breakfast and she went around asking the rest in the kitchen before coming back with a reply.

Review 4：This was a great hotel in traditional Japanese style. The room turned out to be a suite. It was comfortable even for English people. The food was beautifully prepared and served with complete charm. The baths were everything I had come to expect. I can't wait to return.
