Review 1：Could hear everything happening outside the door, next door, upstairs even with people being quiet.

Review 7：The receptionist that welcomed us in the evening was very blasé and did the minimum to make us feel welcomed. Despite being clean, the room was small and uncomfortable.
Review 8：The staff at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel was nice and helpful. The hotel is clean.
Review 9：WiFi only available at reception. The big problem was that I had to keep a window open because it was so hot, and the noise from the railway station woke me up in the early morning. The curtains were a form of vertical venetian blinds and although satisfactory they were not as good as 'black out' curtains. The left luggage facility was unlocked and not particularly secure.
Review 10：For a solo traveller, I found it quite a friendly hotel. There was always someone on reception, and it was often the same person for long periods. I also found it easy to meet other travellers - often lone travellers - at breakfast. It helped to make my stay more interesting.
Review 11：My room had no aircondition. My room 408 was a ded spot for the wifi signal, got online but lost signal all the time. The hallways smelled pretty smoked down. Much of the breakfast was not fresh made and some clarly been stored too long.

Review 27：Wi-fi not very fast and keep falling down quite often. Furniture was very old and not so comfortable. Hot water in the shower was not as hot as expected. Tape on the toilet said "disinfected", while there was a brown spot on the edge of bowl :-(. There were only 5 big tables in the restaurant, so one had to join someone else having breakfast - quite embarrasing and not comfortable for a solo business traveler at all.

Review 29：It's a bit close to the main railway station. From our room you could even hear the annoucements at the railway station (but I didn't hear a train when I slept). Furthermore, the surroundings are a bit dark at night (especially bad since there is a park in front of the hotel, where people seem to hang out).

Sophie and Johanna went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay and that we could catch the bus back to Berlin..the Restaurant in the hotel is superb. Breakfast was excellent. The offerings provided a wide array of choices..the coffee was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. The staff spoke only a little English, but we managed to communicate just ine
Review 69：Very friendly and helpful staff. I got a flu when arriving at Szczecinand was freezing even though it was objectively warm in the room. Thestaff immediately organised an electric heater extra for me. When I lefta message that the hower water outflow needs restoring, they not onlydid it at once but also prepared a little surprise, a plate of cookies,to apologise.. Was not really expected from my end :) My room was a bitsmall (approx. 10 qm), though the bathroom was spacey. Overall, with anight rate of less than 40 eur, it was truly good value for money.

Review 73：The hotel is situated on a quiet street, near the city centre. Rooms are clean, basic, a bit dark but functional. There is also a lift. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a wide choice, served in a lovely restaurant. Safe and secure parking. Would use again and recommend.
Review 74：They don´t have double beds. When we told the receptionist that we had booked a double she was really not interested in helping us or even be understanding. Later, when we wanted to get in after a late stroll around the city, she was very annoyed at us for disturbing her beauty sleep or whatever.
