Reviews for VIP Grand Lisboa Hotel & Spa
Review 1:I stayed twice in this hotel and the first time the room didn't have a hairdryer. I asked for one at the reception and they sent me a completely sticky one...
Review 2:Rooms are comfortable and the hotel decoration is o.k.. Parking your car is easy and free of charges. Staff is very friendly. There are small shopping centres nearby, as well as a metro station.
Review 3:- I personally didn't like the bathroom design - the spa was closed whenever we wanted to check it out - the room had a kettle and there was sugar, but no tea/coffee and cups to drink
Review 4:- location is quite good, next to public transport, super market, and a few restaurants - the hotel is clean and the bed is comfy - complementary water in room
Review 5:Heating didn't work properly on the 1st night. Even though it's a good hotel would downgrade it to 4 stars
Review 6:Comfortable bed. Amazing corridors. Free parking! Free wi-fi working well
Review 7:Foul (sewer) smell in the bathroom, rooms a bit dated, average reception staff (apart from the cleaners whom I mentioned already).
Review 8:Location, good overall facilities, polite cleaners (and one of the receptionists only), and free parking.
Review 9:The location is good for business but not for turism.. They are renovating the bath / showers... ask for the renovated ones! Te old ones are ... old
Review 10:The breakfast was very good!
Review 11:No one to assist customers w/ luggage (outrageous) and arrogant receptionists. Poor in amenities, bed bugs, poor insulation as you can hear other suite doors slamming, people walking and talking or babies crying even if it is 5 or 6 rooms away. It's a very low quality hotel; don't bother. Don't waste money in breakfast; You will find a very good, clean and cheap coffee right in front of the hotel. I didn't enjoy my stay; it is going to be my last time in this hotel for sure.
Review 12:The trains (subway/metro) is no more than 5 minutes walking distance. The internet connection is also okay.
Review 13:The first room we was quit old and small but then we are offered an spacious room at top floor which was great.
Review 14:Location is s great plus the free parking.
Review 15:The staff doesn't seem to care much about the customers. I asked for room service and one week later I'm still waiting for it LOL
Review 16:Nice location and nice looking hotel.
Review 17:not having a kettle and some coffee in the room just for the morning... slippers and robe would be nice too.
Review 18:the location and the willingness of the employees to assist.
Review 19:Too noisy ~Had a 3rd floor room overlooking the main road, could hear traffic all night...plus soundproofing not good between rooms and into corridors....could hear everything !! Breakfast ~ far too expensive so went across the road to a fabulous Pasteleria, cakes and bread were excellent ! Staff were pleasant enough but just seemed lacking on the finer details throughout....eg ~ when checking out was not asked if I enjoyed my stay and if I had any problems. Clean enough but carpets tired and grubby in bedroom and need replacing
Review 20:Cheaper than the Tryp Airport
Review 21:this hotel is not 5*, maybe 3*, the room carpets had not been cleaned in yrs., the drink & food prices were over the top. 20 E for breakfast twice what I paid anywhere else., the area is OK if you are on business, a good walk to the Alfama area
Review 22:the hotel was near the train & metro & close to the airport, the gym was good
Review 23:Check-in process really slow, definitely not a 5-star standard. We were given a twin room because had no more double bedded ones, but arranged for the bed linen to be changed and transformed into a double bed.
Review 24:The hotel and our room was beautiful, what you really expect a 5-star to be. The room was ample and had all comforts, including a nice marble bathroom and walk-in shower.
Review 25:The staff could have been more welcoming. They seemed unenthusiastic about working with there. Also, a bottle of water cost 4 euros.
Review 26:The unique style of the hotel interior
Review 27:but the spa is closed sundays the food in the restaurant was poor so I said as much the staff in the restaurant were rude and unprofessional as were some of the hotel staff
Review 28:Its clearly a five star hotel ..looking at the decor
Review 29:- rooms are in bad shape with old furniture for a 5 stars hotel. - Staff not very nice - corridors very dark - No gym - Prices for breakfast very expensive
Review 30:Locations is very good, close to the Metro and trains station
Review 31:Most of the staff were rude and unhelpful, except for the one guy at reception when I checked out. The toilet door was broken and would not close at all, there was a jug with some tea bags but no coffee and NO SPOONS! Had to go buy my own coffee and stir it with the (free provided) toothbrush. Maid also walked straight into the room twice, after a quick 2 (obviously token) taps on the door. Could have been very awkward considering the toilet door didn't shut!
Review 32:Nice hotel
Review 33:The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was my second time in the hotel and I was not able to sleep! Unfortunately I will not be able to return as I found the bed too hard for me. However amenities, staff, service and location are excellent!
Review 34:Staff and location is excellent!
Review 35:I arrived late on a Friday night, starving and ordered room service for dinner @10:30pm. By 11:30 pm I still had not received my food so I called again and I was told my meal would be sent up in "5 minutes". By midnight I just decided to go to sleep. My dinner was never delivered. Definitely not a five-star hotel.
Review 36:swimming pool only open in the summer, the safe was very temperamental and so was the hair dryer and once we arrived at our room to find that housekeeping had left it open. Hotel was not as central as we had hoped but good metro connection near by
Review 37:Nice room, nice bathroom, bit clinical, but comfortable
Review 38:the room was a bit shabby for a 5* hotel and the bathroom could of done with a good scrub!!
Review 39:The location was good. A couple of minutes walk to the underground trains.
Review 40:The pool was closed for off season as was the outside sitting and eating area. As the room did not have a balcony, this left no outside area at all. At this time of year, it's still 22-25 celcius. The room was dirty, floor and walls with stains. Reception staff were rude and laughed when we were shocked that the pool was closed and said "that's why you got a good price"
Review 41:I liked that the hotel had a bar facility
Review 42:The quality of the finishing was not good, especially for a 5 star hotel which is not accurate. The bathroom in particular was tatty. Also I think the breakfast was not very good, you can find cheaper and better alternatives outside the hotel.
Review 43:Interesting location
Review 44:Room is old. The stuff is not nice. No facilities... Asked for a bottle opener in RS, they said it's 5€. They would come and open one bottle for 5€. Location is bad. Far from everything!
Review 45:Price for a 5 star.. If it was a real 5 star!
Review 46:Personnel was very u friendly, the didn't even welcome us. They were busy with paperwork and each other and we just had to wait to get some eyecontact. Like we were interrupting or something. Then our shower was leaking so the wholw bathroom floor was wet the next morning. When we came back in the evening they td us it was fixed but nothing had been done!! We got an upgrade but the room wasn't even clean, there was crumbles on the couch for 3 days... They just made the beds. Very disappointing, definitely NOT 5*
Review 47:On the website the hotel looks great however it needs plenty of maintenance
Review 48:I was woken up twice by the cleaners whilst on the door was "do not disturb". When I first arrive the room given to me was not properly cleaned.
Review 49:The hotel was confortable and clean.
Review 50:Far from anywhere you would want to be!!!
Review 51:Very nice clean and modern but far from anywhere you would want to be! The best part is the bakery across the street which was the very best we ever saw in all of Portugal
Review 52:Minor maintenance should be systematically be carried out in rooms.
Review 53:Still continues to be a perfect deal in Lisbon, specially if you are bringing a car
Review 54:Although it certainly is not as bad as some reviews claim, it is not the best place to stay either. The structure of the hotel is 5 star but the maintenance is certainly not: Worn and shabby towels, broken and loose closet doors, bland and expensive food.
Review 55:Location. Spacious lobby. Rooftop swimming pool.
Review 56:The room was dirty, shower didn't drain well, towels smelled very strongly of smoke, staff at reception were very slow and the beds were definitely not 5 star quality.
Review 57:Tha barman made some excellent cocktails and the pool area was quiet.
Review 58:3 lifts just to get the pool from room Staff where a bit rude Asked for double but got twin beds although I booked 4 month before my stay....
Review 59:Location Free Parking Pool
Review 60:The price of the breakfast is very high, 20 euros per person.
Review 61:The hotel is very good, a little bit far from the principal hotspots but close to a Metro station. The staf was polite and the place is very well decorated. I liked to stay there.
Review 62:I asked for a late checkout when i made my booking and was told that it was granted, however the next day i was called and told that i had to check out or i would be charged an extra half a day
Review 63:The hotel is very clean and the facilities are amazing
Review 64:I asked for non-feather bedding but they seemed to struggle to find any, despite boasting of a 'pillow menu' we ended up with two very flat, very old pillows rather than the six big luxurious feather ones we arrived to. The carpet was badly water damaged, and we were left without towels more than once. The bar is quite pricey and the cocktails are pretty poor, and there's no atmosphere so you're better off finding somewhere else to hang out. I wanted to iron some shirts but ended up having to pay a lot of money and wait two days just to get them sent through the laundry service, rather than just doing it myself. If I'd known I would have just done it before I packed.
Review 65:The hotel certainly looks the part, marble throughout and huge sliding sheets of glass at the entrance. We were told that our request for a double bed could only be fulfilled if they upgraded us to a suite, which they did free of charge. The room was huge, well appointed, plenty of storage, two TVs, nice bathroom, lounge area and plenty of storage. Breakfast buffet is pretty nice, plentiful, and runs until 10am or 10:30am weekends, which is much better than dragging a hangover to breakfast first thing. The area is quiet but the centre is easily accessible by Metro (couple of minutes walk away) or taxi for later at night (about 8 Euro) The pool is nice enough, but pretty cold!
Review 66:Extremely poor customer service/room servic, probably the worst I have ever experienced. Ordered room service, 3 times came in correctly in which time my order had gone cold, then they wanted to charge me 5 euros for a really appalling sservice. That process happened on 2 separate occasions.
Review 67:Good location, ready access around the Ciry
Review 68:Booking did not include breakfast and to pay for it was very expensive at 20€ p/person, I would rather go and eat across the street!
Review 69:The location and the people.
Review 70:Room smelled like smoke, carpet was dirty and stained, walls were dingy, bathroom door was broken (I got stuck in bathroom). We requested a new room and was moved. Staff was responsive, BUT this is NOT a 5 STAR HOTEL by a long stretch!!
Review 71:Good location
Review 72:On arrival one of the pillowcases was dirty. There was mold in the shower and the glass was cracked in it but no sharp edges exposed. Also the water didn't drain when taking a shower. Getting to the pool was a bit complicated & you had to get a pool towel from reception. Bar service wasn't great. When room was cleaned, no bath mat & duvet cover was ripped.
Review 73:The room was comfortable and good selection of toiletries in the room. Extra pillows on the bed which was great for me. Staff very friendly and helpful. Adapter supplied when I needed one. Parking at the hotel which was great and no charge.
Review 74:Wardrobe door off, carpet badly stained, furniture chipped, bathroom had black mould round bath, duvet was lumpy, had to get a room change because wardrobe door was not on, only sugar provided for tea making cavity, had to ask for tea and coffee but was told they did not supply milk!!! The restaurant meal was poor, the chicken tandoori was two pieces if dried up chicken on a bed of basmati rice and the tandoori paste separate in a pot.
Review 75:Breakfast,
Review 76:They advertise their hotel as Spa also but do not mention that it is charged for the hotel guests. This should be clearly mentioned on the booking.com site.
Review 77:Excellent location, polite staff, well furnished rooms and good value for money.
Review 78:Very expensive breakfast, very cold swimming pool (when 30°C), very cheap building materials used. A lot of noise: airplanes, trains and cars.
Review 79:Near metro station. Very polite personel. Very good wifi.
Review 80:The breakfast, although diverse, was not a good value for the money. There was nothing special about the food they served (neither the selection nor the quality), whereas for half the money any of the local cafes offer exquisite breakfast menu.
Review 81:We enjoyed the gym as it was well equipped, bright and empty most of the time. Although small, the pool area is very nice and relaxing. Most of all, we were pleasantly surprised by the Portuguese people, and thus all the stuff. They are absolutely amazing - friendly, polite and very helpful.
Review 82:Rooms not as clean as you would expect and my silk pillowcase went walkabout on the first night and never reappeared from the housekeeping staff...
Review 83:Great staff, comfortable beds, very affordable and great location to metro station. Great pool for afternoon sunshine!
Review 84:For a 5 star hotel I did not expect marks on the floor/chairs/curtains or holes in table cloths. Also our en-suite shower door did not close correctly and the extractor fan did not work.
Review 85:The included breakfast was great. So much selection to suit everyone. The downstairs bar and outdoor pool were lovely places to relax.
Review 86:1. I've a notification from Booking.com that may reservation was cancelled due to my not arrive to the Hotel. But I did arrive and did stay there. I can scan a receipt from the hotel and send it to booking.com if needed. I do not understand why the hotel notified booking.com that I was not there.2. Spa in the hotel does not work on Sundays but there is no info about it at Booking.com. I was expecting to go SPA and did not know that it would not work the day I planned to do so. 3. After cleaning the room they took away old towels but did not put new ones.
Review 87:1. Very friendly staff2. Good room 3. Swimming pool
Review 88:We had to ask for towels in the bedroom. Not replenished everyday. Room a bit battered in need of a face lift.
Review 89:Location is excellent. Room comfortable. Bathroom/shower excellent.
Review 90:Nothing
Review 91:Everything shower was amazing bed amazing location very convenient staff extremely helpful without doubt the best accomodation I had my entire honeymoon
Review 92:All the rest. Our room was very dirty and full of hair on the floor of the bathroom and full of fungus in the shower and marks of hands on the furniture. We found public toilets in Lisbon more clean than our bathroom.we were given another room which was not much cleaner than the first. I can't believe a 5 start hotel is like this....really dirty. Staff was okay but not the friendly type. And the 5 star status expired last December. .so they should not use it anymore and fool clients.minibar had only 2 bottles of water...how miserable.
Review 93:Location.
Review 94:My boyfriend had a birthday in the 1st day of our staying in the hotel. I wrote about in in my booking reservation, but we didn't obtain any complement from the 5 stars hotel, really not pleasant. After I saw in the book with instructions in our room that "if u have a birthday, please tell about it to aministrator and we organize a complement for u". I told to administrator one more time about birthday of my boyfriend. But he didn't obtain anything even a post card. Also I wrote a e-mail to hotel contact e-mail but didn't obtain the answer. So in my opinion the staff in the hotel is very bad and not professional at all. Also the bathroom in the room was dirty. Mirror in the elevator was dirty too. We also had only one bathrobe in our room for 2 persons. So it seems to me that maximum of the hotel is 3 stars and I will not recommend it to anybody.
Review 95:There is not bad swimming pool, a lot of useful thing in the bathroom, great king size bed.
Review 96:We were unable to use the bath as the stopper for the water was broke, everything else about the hotel was great.
Review 97:The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was lovely.
Review 98:A five star hotel that the only five star thing is the price. Everything was unbelievably slow that I needed long time of waiting for check in, questions and even a towel for outdoor pool. The sauna and fitness room was out of service and at least I didnt see that info while booking.
Review 99:We find on the room, A vase no flower Cups, ketle, sugar and when we ask for coffee or tea they told us that wasnt included because se book through booking.com and only 2 days. Had to be in the capital of my country!
Review 100:Horrible
Review 101:We were a group of friends staying one night in Lisbon; 5 couples. One of them got married the day before and the rest of us wanted to make this stay special for them. Little did we know, the service provided in this hotel is way below your expectations.Let's start with the beginning shall we?When we arrived with our cars, no porters nowhere to be seen, we waited 15 min in the queue to start the check in and another half an hour to get the keys to our room. The receptionist Joao (a trainee which information was not mentioned on his badge) was ridiculously slow and couldn't care less about fulfilling his duty in a professional manner. Not only did he take every single ID to enter them one by one in his system, he also took his whole time to do so. At the end of the check in, his colleague Luis finally told him that one ID per room was enough. Too late, half an hour of our week end we'll never get back.We thought the worst was behind us, we 've never been so wrong..We had to ask the porter ourselves to help us with the luggage in the car so he could bring them up in the rooms. The poor young man was on his own with no help and a bunch of luggage to deal with. The reception never called him at any moment to inform him that there was a big reservation and that he could start taking care of the luggage during this longest 30 min check in of our tourists lives. No information was given to us about the facilities in the hotel and around the area such as :- breakfast> - elevator> - swimming pool> - bar service> - public transportation> - spa under maintenance> - etc...The rooms: although we all requested double rooms, we have been given twin rooms and of course, the receptionnist Joao didn't bother to share this "small detail" with us. The chair in our room was dirty and stained with bleach. The furniture was old and started to fall apart.
Review 102:The restaurant the hotel booked for us.
Review 103:The spa was close for works. We learnt it one week before, but we get akind of compensation. The bathtub is acutally a shower it's not thateasy to have a bath in there! But the shower is really great ;)
Review 104:The hotel is really close to a metro station. The breakfast proposes alarge choices, and is pretty good. Nice lobby. The common rooms globallylook nice and luxury.
Review 105:Room was not clean, toilet paper used, paper in waste bin in bathroom. Bathrobe dirty / soiled, in poor repair, pockets half torn off. Queen bed requested not available at check in. Ultimately, after insisting not single beds, given another room. Location very good for airport, but hotel difficult to drive too because of Lisbon road system.
Review 106:The bed and using booking.com was very efficient.
Review 107:The staff are very rude and impolite. They let us wait for more than anhour and when we approached the staff in the reception he was very rude. They also tried to overcharged us for breakfast and could not even waitto let us finish the breakfast before asking for payment which is thenormal standard for any hotel or restaurant. The next day we paid thebreakfast in advance and again the middle of our breakfast the girlwanted us to pay extra 10 Euro and good thing we kept our receipt on theprevious day, in fact we paid more than the usual breakfast fee of $12as per advertised online and asked us to pay 40 euro. Our first timeexperience in Lisbon was not good which affected our first impressionamong the people there
Review 108:Humiliation but the girl staff approached us asking for additionalpayment. They made us feel not welcome and affected our overallimpression about Portugese people since this is our first trip to Lisbon
Review 109:Not one negative at all.
Review 110:The staff, the food, the room, the shower, the bed, the value for money. Close to transport (Metro and Regional trains), handy to tourist hop-on-hop-off coaches just near the bullring. Supermarket nearby, nice Italian restaurant across the road.
Review 111:To get ice in room, have to pay 5€ room service. Double bed means two matraces pread on one surface of bed. No sauna. Quite used. Not so tidy for such hotel type(mean stars). Bad TV programm set.
Review 112:Location
Review 113:Requested a double room, when we arrived we got a twin room. Disaster!!! Most staff had very poor English, we rang down reception to book a table at a specific restaurant, reception never rang and we arrived at the venue and couldn't get a table. On the second last night we noticed a leak on the roof, we reported it to house keeping and reception and we were not given a different room. Pool was ridiculously cold!!!
Review 114:The food was lovely and the wi fi was excellent most days
Review 115:The SPA does not belong to the hotel, it requires separate arrangements. Our bathroom door was a sliding sheet of opaque glass which required a large full force to open or close it and because of the glass if the light is on in the bathroom it lights up the room making sleeping difficult for the other person.
Review 116:I liked the location: near to a Metro station. The staff was friendly enough, the food in the restaurant was good.
Review 117:Room keeping staff was a challenge...in my room way too long to empty trash since I had not used the rest of the facilities, not sure what took her so long until I realized she was on her cell the entire time and literally coming to a halt often to talk. Not a deal breaker just an annoyance. The signage and info on facilities was terrible, how to get to pool, restaurants bring promoted all over but never never open. One resto of 4 listed was the only one ever open along wits the modest bar- again not deal breakers I don't like the guessing games along with no avail signage or info. They are starting pool and spa renovations next so maybe some better directional info awaits
Review 118:Staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable. Location was perfect for access to a lot of things without sleeping in the tourism zone. Room service was great. Their deluxe hamburger was probably the best I've ever had from a chain hotel.
Review 119:Pool had no umbrellas, which makes staying by the pool nearly impossible between 11am and 5pm. The hotel is new but one can see that the room furniture starts break a little.
Review 120:Location Value for money Calm and quiet room Staff was very nice
Review 121:The staff were the most unfriendly I have ever come across! Not a smile, a how are you or how was your stay? Very unhelpful with any questions asked. There was broken glass at the pool two days in a row and the towels piled up in the corridor. No warm or friendly atmosphere. The 5 star rating doesn't mean anything, I've had better customer service in a newsagents. The pool area had no sun in the morning or from around 5 in the evening as it's only on the second floor of the hotel and surrounded by tall buildings.
Review 122:The price of the hotel was brilliant, for a week in July (think it was a special deal)! The bedrooms were spotlessly cleaned everyday and the hotel was close to the Metro. There's a lovely bakery across the road for breakfast too. Hotel was fine for what we wanted which was to get the Metro to other parts of the city during our stay.
Review 123:I was disappointed with this hotel. It was once a good 5 star hotel but now it is old, the carpet in my room was stained, the room smelled of cigarettes, the furniture is outdated and the shower had mold in some places. The staff were not overly friendly and one even seemed annoyed when I asked for a new room which doesn't smell of cigarettes. Their solution was to sleep with the windows open. I have stayed in much better 4 star hotels.
Review 124:It is clean and has a spa and beauty salon inside, which is fantastic. The hairdressing salon was excellent and I recommend to go there.
Review 125:Where should I start...- Very bad service (20m to check in) - Staff with no manners or flexibility to solve problems - Dirty carpets in the living room - One of the worst dining experience ever (the "chef" must be a 10y old with kindergarten training) - Dirty old outdoor pool - Minibar was empty, dirty (still had a glass from a previous guest) - The surface under the bed was extremely dirty - No iron or iron board (how can a entitled 5 star hotel not having a simple iron board? Their feedback was "we had some problems in past with fires" ?!?!?) I left the hotel one night before because this was just ridiculous. This hotel look fancy from the street, but the service and comfort is of a 3 stars, not even 4. DO NOT STAY HERE! So many better (and cheaper options) in Lisboa
Review 126:Leaving early
Review 127:The wardrobe in our room didn't work but no one came to fix it although we told on the reception.
Review 128:The hotel was clean,eveything was ok-wifi,parking,location
Review 129:The smell in the room when we arrived was sickening. We reported it to reception- their solution was for the cleaning ladies to spray air freshener in the room- whilst we were in the room. The carpet had clearly been cleaned but there were still stains. The drain in the shower was broken, a few fittings were hanging off. The bathroom door didn't close properly. There were insufficient beds around the pool considering the size of the hotel. A pane of glass around the pool was constantly shaking in the wind- dangerous in my opinion. The prices once you arrived to the hotel were just outrageous, more expensive than many things in Ireland!! An iron wasn't provided in the room and when requested I was told it was after hours and that the laundry service was closed and that I could not use an iron in the room (a basic accompaniment in a hotel). Having stayed in many hotels around the world, I would not rate this as a 5* hotel. Maybe 3*. Also, on arrival, no one offered to bring our many cases to our room when there were trolleys available. Not 5* service.
Review 130:The staff were friendly and receptionists were very helpful and polite. The staff are the best thing about this hotel.
Review 131:Missed not having a smoking room, but appreciated the smoking area, albeit 'out the back' as usual !!!!
Review 132:Restaurant on ground floor near Reception - excellent. Reception staff extremely friendly & helpful, as were all the other staff.
Review 133:Our room was a standard room which was of a decent standard BUT the toilet seat kept moving (needs to be re-hinged properly I guess), the bath/shower had a fixture that came out of the wall so was not sealed as it should be. Getting to the spa and pool was particularly awkward and signed directions were very unclear.
Review 134:The staff were so nice and the hotel looks awesome. The location is ok because it's near the Metro but a little further from all the major sites (very accessible by Metro though!). The spa was fantastic and the massages lovely.
Review 135:The hotel is perfect, very comfortable rooms and what's more the staff was very helpful. Everything you need you can find in the hotel and ask eny purpose. A little bit far from centre but metro is 1 min from hotel. I will come here again !
Review 136:Check in took too long. There was filming for a TV.show happening in the lobby and I couldn't walk through which was ridiculous. 100% not a 5 star and we paid 17euro for 6 scoops of ice cream. Which is a rip off!
Review 137:The room was small but clean. Nice pool.
Review 138:Intruders! i was bathing and my room 1104 was opened by probable new occupants! imagine when i was naked. how could an allocated room be re-allocated whilst you are in the know that i got that roomed reserved weeks before my visit?
Review 139:the place is well networked with transport & is comfortable too
Review 140:You really need to improve your cleanliness special toilet and carpets in rooms. And the staff need to be more friendly
Review 141:Wifi, parking and location is top
Review 142:The area is very quiet and there isn't much opportunity/choice for a drink or dinner near the hotel. This means having to get the metro into town.
Review 143:Lovely decor and clean and tidy. Lovely bakery opposite! Easy access to the metro. Lovely quiet pool and seating area
Review 144:It was a little further from the city centre than I would have liked although only cost about €7-€9 in a taxi to get to city. Very close to airport.
Review 145:Lovely pool although the sun doesn't come out on the pool area until about 11:40am. Always a struggle to get a lounger. The gym was great and always quiet.
Review 146:The facilities need some good maintanance.. Blind in the room was taped and some of the finishes in the room needed some attention. We found some long hair in bathroom. The pool doesn't have a bar and no music (there aren't enough sun beds either). It does not compare to other 5 stars that I have been to.
Review 147:The staff is friendly and knowledgable
