Review 1：Definitely stronger hot tub jets

Review 2：We were traveling with a 7 month old, and not only did they allow us to check in earlier, but they also allowed us to check out later. As well my husband went to go and buy me tylenol and they did not have any and they were willing to go into their own first aid kit to look for some, we couldn't have asked for better customer service. The location is also great , right across the street from the mall , countless food places , liquor store and even superstore right there within walking distance. The breakfast begins super early in the morning so I was able to go down there with my baby and kill time, the swimming pool was so warm so it wasn't super freezing for the kids but the hot tub definitely sucks so don't count on the Jets like we did ;)

The front desk area was clean and inviting, the suite was spacious and well looked after, the pool and breakfast areas were comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely say this was the best hotel I've ever stayed in!

Review 14：Quiet, away from main roads and intersections. Important because many trucks in this city have loud "blower" tailpipes, there is no noise by-law for it. I stayed at a different hotel previously and could not sleep. This time, I slept well. A nice Mr. Mike's steak house is across the street.

Review 15：The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly when we checked in and when we were leaving. The workout room had a variety of equipment and the bottled water which was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of variety. We overall just really enjoyed our experience with you.

Review 16：The Hotel is starting to show it's age. Rooms facing the parking lot on the lower floor are right beside the smoking area preventing you from opening your window.

Review 24：I booked a double room ,2 queen beds ,kitchen facilities(i didn'tneed kitchen ,I expected company needed extra seating) also wantedcomfortable seating for watching tv what I received was --double room 2queen beds love seat ,==no kitchen , had to sit/lay on bed to watchtv which is my pet pev .my reservation was made well in advance and Iexpected to get a room as selected from your computer advertisement.iinquired at the desk why my room did not have what was advertised andwas told that my room 211 was not set up as per advertisement .it wasnot the clerks fault that I was assigned the wrong typy of room so I didnot persue the issue.all in all if I had an easy chair to sit in torelax and watch tv I would have been content . somebody dropped the ball,i'm not a happy camper, however there are positives the staff weregreat ,very friendly polite and the hot breakfast was great...would Istay again? If changes were made.

Review 26：The breakfast hours were great even when we slept in we were still able to get our breakfast. ALL the staff were friendly. Anything we needed we received right away without delay. Will stay here again.

Review 27：That they didnt have my modified booking. Handed the whole booking from booking.com to the hotel reception but they never asked how long i was staying. Had booked two nights. After first night I got a rude call from reception stating this is to inform you that checkout was 11 am. It was a rude tone. Had to go to reception and tell them i had a booking for two nights. The booking was for a room with a full kitchen but there was no kitchen. No guest book.

Review 28：I liked the room having a door directly outside. I liked the water slide.

Review 29：Our 4yr old got sick in the day and threw up. I called front desk and they sent housekeeping right away. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and efficient. We left while they cleaned up but I was very impressed with they way Janessa handled everything. Even though we had a sick child, the hotel was a very good experience. Would stay there again next time in GP.

Review 30：A little pricey and the parking lot hadn't been properly cleared of accumulated ice and was extremely lumpy. Someone with a Bobcat loader tried to clear the ice but only made it worse.

Review 88：When I arrived I was told that I had been upgraded to a theme room as my original request had been double booked on line. The room was beautiful and very comfortable and quiet. I told the girl next morning to double book me anytime if I can get upgraded again. I look forward to my next stay at the Pomeroy in GP in a couple months.

Review 89：We didnt even get to stay. I booked the room on line and drove 6 hours with my 6 and 3 yr old. When we got there i was told we couldnt stay there because i had a debit visa not a real credit card. Well it went through online why not in person.

Review 97：I, found the hotel to be dirty in the hallways and outside of the elevators. I also found the hotel extremely noisy partly due to the amount of workers staying there. It had been three years since I had last stayed at the Pomeroy and I felt it had significantly gone down hill. The parking lot was a nightmare due to the improper cleaning of the ice. There was not even salt on the sidewalks close to the doors, the areas to walk between the vehicles were not even cleaned. In the morning there was not enough staff on to handle check outs combined with answering the phones and doing reservations. In the buffet area the stock was just stacked forcing people to walk around it.

Review 98：Elaine the service representative on the first evening was polite, efficient and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good - had options for anyone and their eating preferences. The room was okay.

Review 99：2 fire alarms, one at 3am and 5am. Unfortunately it was the morning of our 10 hr drive home. :( So we left later....it was all good.

Review 102：The suites are great when travelling with children. The Kitchen is really appreciated. Swimming pool and hot tub are great. Staff is really nice and as it was Christmas time, our son won at a lottery a 25$ Canadian tire gift card, in the lobby. So for him, this is the best hotel ever!

Review 103：Not really within your control, but 2 out of the 3 nights I stayed, the fire alarm went off at 5am resulting in us having to stand outside in -25 weather in the far corner of the lot with no warmth. I understand the first night was probably random but the second night was a little too much. As a result, I barely slept the third night. Made for a rough few days in training all day after interrupted sleep for 2 of those nights. :(

Review 104：I LOVED that the housekeeping staff actually paid attention to my sign and did not disturb me AT ALL when the sign was up (any other hotel I ever stayed at the housekeeping staff still knocked even with the sign up).

Review 113：Well, I came to grande prairie from toronto to see my daughter and my brand new grand- daughter, and all I wanted to do is relax and unwind after being on an airplane I've never been on. Well, I get there and turns out some new person screws up my room and puts it as a non smoking room! so of course I'm pissed cause I just got off a plane for the first time and it did scare me, and I was alone. So anyways, that night I call my boyfriend 4 times that night! he says there is no ringing on his end. So the next day, I talked to the manager about it, she calls my room, then tells me everything is fine!! really? she treated me like a total idiot!! I said to her, "are you saying my boyfriend is a liar? she says"no, but your phone is working" So, I take her word for it, so I call my daughter, no answer, what the hell? I know she has a machine?! So an hour or 2 goes by and I'm thinking well lets try the numbers in there book for food. So I try, no answer, I try another, no answer, and another, well obviously no outgoing calls are working!!. So I call the front desk, I say, could you send someone to my room? she says why? I say there's something wrong with my phone, I cant make outgoing calls, she says giggle that happens!!!!!!!

Review 114：The curtain at the front desk does not leave a good feeling no does itlook professional. Only one elevator. Junk all around the elevator atall times of the day and night.
