Review 1：The ducks outside (yes, ducks) although cute and fun to watch, they made one hell of a noise early morning, every morning and sometimes in the evening - which you imagine - was quite annoying.

Review 2：The staff were very helpful and friendly and always ready to serve. The toilet broke in our room so we received a free upgrade to the third floor where they have a hot tub in the room with two balconies. It was great.

Review 3：Uncomfortable bed and dirty furniture. Requested a massage but the masseuse seemed with low experience. Breakfast wasn't enough quantity for me and very few options. Very expensive room service items.

Review 4：Was staying at the villa with the open air onsen, pretty big space with cool atmosphere.. Big onsen, with great view over the ocean. Shower products were amazing! Loved the nesspresso machine in room.
