Review 1：Counter staff could have shown some flexiability to an odvious booking mistake.
Review 2：Nice big room with modern facilites. Good breakfast and wide choice of food.
Review 3：Shower was broken, bath tub didn't work properly, tv didn't work properly, air conditioning not working and we had to sleep in the heat, terrible service from the bar (Manuel) when we asked for an ice bucket and some glasses staff called to our room complaining saying that we haven't bought the drink there and they will not give the glasses for us. Such a terrible experience and I would definitely not go back there. Its not a 4 stars service at all. Breakfast could be better for the size of the hotel.

Review 6：Breakfast was very good. The room is not very big, but cozy. The location is good - 3 bus stops from the railway station and city center.
Review 7：Their garage is a nightmare, the wi-fi doesn't reach all the bedrooms, and almost no options in the mini fridge.

Review 9：Lots of little things didn't work, like there wasn't enough pressure to keep the shower going without holding the knob up. The bathtub wouldn't actually close so we couldn't use the bath part of it. (Asked the reception to look into it, nothing happened). Mini-fridge out due to outlet not working and btw there are almost no outlets in the room. If it was a three star hotel, yea...ok, fine but we definitely expected better from a place claiming four.

Review 17：Wifi slow. Please use quota system. Bath dangerous, slippery and difficult access into bathtub to shower. Breakfast tables are miniscule (so that you are not tempted to sit long, i guess). Rooms have an "old" feel. Supposedly we got an exceptional deal at 100€/night. I feel that that price is ok but certainly not a bargain.

Review 25：We could hear the other guests from other rooms all the time. was woken up at night by other guests watching TV... Aircon was verry loud and powerfull so you could not have it turned on while sleeping. Also the breakfast was so so for a 4 star hotel, no fresh juices and no vegetables.

I came back to pick up my luggage on storage and when i passed by the glass door of the restaurant, i noticed the food was still out and this was past 3pm already. Aircon did not work so i had to open the window to cool down the rrom. The heat can be adjusted on the hallways too!
Review 43：Helpful, cordial and approachable crew. Tiago and Philippe are both great asset to this hotel. They were always eager and willing to assist with whatever i needed. WIFI was working, breakfast was plenty and filling.

I will not come back.
